Good evening Shiba, Since you've mentioned that you are leaving honest review lets be fully honest and transparent - you bought 6 treatment package and you were told from day one that in average it takes 6 to 10 treatments to achieve full results. the amount of treatment varies for each individual based on their age, genetics, ethnicity, medical history, hair colour, hair thickness and etc. Also it does state on our website as well, but most importantly on the forms that you have signed before beginning the treatment. We have completed 6 treatments and based on your individual and personal characteristics you needed another treatment or two., however you were demanding to get that treatment for free by claiming if you won't get free treatment then you will leave negative review. We have informed you that its simply blackmailing and we not intended to entertain it, so you have left the negative review. P.S from 3rd treatment you were asking to increase laser energy by claiming that you know your body better than us. Shiba, with all due respect we are sure you not going to your doctor's appointment and tell them how they should treat you since you know your body better than anyone. Muhammed, yes we booked you in for next week, however once booked we always following our procedure, which is to send forms to clients so they can fill them and return to us in order to review personal/medical history/information and based on received info determine the best parameters for each patient's treatment. Once your forms were received and reviewed by our management it was advised to you that we do not recommend laser hair removal treatment for you due to provided info by you on forms. We are not chasing money and under no circumstances we will agree to jeopardize the well beings of our clients, and your case is no exception, your safety and well being was and still is priority for Laser Canada and that's why we have told you that we can not treat you next week.
