We were vacationing at Disneyland and really needed some laundry done but the hotel was pricey and this company was fantastic, friendly, professional, timely, very reasonably priced and our clothes came back very neat!

LaundryUP delivered my laundry that was cleaned and smelled fresh on 3/9/2023. Spoke with Patrick the same day that my cloth laundry insert bag was missing and someone's sky blue fitted sheet was included in my laundry. He said he would investigate. Had not heard from him so messages left on 3/11 & 3/15/2023. Spoke with Connie on 3/16 who said Patrick will contact you. As of 3/26/2023 have not heard from Patrick and I still have someone's fitted blue sheet, haven't heard about my lost cloth laundry insert bag and they haven't picked up their bag the laundry came in. Will not be using their services again.
