The 6-month course was absolutely worth it! It does require commitment, but Professor Apsara was always there to address our doubts and motivate us to immerse ourselves in French. Always friendly, accessible, and knowledgeable, she made the learning experience truly enjoyable. I'm very grateful!

Great learning experience! I joined the academy with no previous knowledge, and found myself capable of getting by in French within a few months. It gave me a solid foundation and understanding of the grammar and French structures.
I deepened my knowledge by moving to Quebec temporarily. Hadn't it been for LFIN, I doubt I would have taken the leap!
Besides, it served me as a social activity to unwind - it was the highlight of my day to meet my French classmates and teacher after work.

A great learning experience. The Level 1-6 classes was amazing and then I joined the TEF class. Justine, Aurelie and Eloise are all great tutors and helped build my confidence and love for the language. I decided to take the TEF exam while still enrolled and I had a consistent competence level in the 4 components of the exam.

I’ve just finished the 6 months ‘French Transformation’ course with Learn French and couldn’t be happier with my experience and results. I got lucky to get into an in-person group taught by Marion Beau. She’s an excellent tutor who always goes above and beyond to make classes fun and engaging. She creates warm and welcoming learning environment to practice and make mistakes. I had zero background in French prior to the course but thanks to Marion and Learn French I’ve built a decent foundation and am ready to start practicing for TEF exam. Overall great experience and would highly recommend it to anyone starting and/or continuing to learn French!!

Ms. Marion Beau is a wonderful French teacher, born and raised in France. For roughly the last four and a half months, I have had the pleasure to participate twice a week in an in-person, group class with Marion at Learn French in Vancouver. Her personal warmth makes the class a very safe place to learn. She is fluently bilingual and has an extensive knowledge of French grammar and culture. If you get the opportunity to participate in Marion’s class, take it. She is an exceptional teacher by any measure.
I am a retired lawyer who also taught at UBC for 25 years. I very rarely write a review. But, I am so impressed with Marion’s teaching abilities that I could not remain silent. She is, without doubt, a 5/5-star teacher!

I couldn't be happier with my experience at French Transformation! I felt a significant improvement in my French language skills and confidence.
Now, I'm enrolled in their TEF preparation course, and it's been fantastic. The instructors are knowledgeable, kind and super supportive.

I studied French from levels 1 to 7 with Aurelie and then did a month of TEF preparation with Eloise. Both teachers are excellent, very friendly, and explain things in great detail. The classes are very interactive and the teaching methods are innovative, allowing us to express our views and receive tailored advice. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found this place to learn French. We not only learn the language but also a lot about French culture and the nuances between casual and professional language use. I highly recommend this program for anyone looking to build their French skills, whether for pleasure or in preparation for official exams. Thank you, Aurelie and Eloise!

I studied with Learn French for 3 months at first, growing to the intermediate level last year and more recently, in a TEF prep course that was redesigned and is really shaped to help achieve high marks in the exam. I went to my first basic class, I was really excited but didn’t turn out the way I want. On the very first day, the instructor was communicating in French, I understand it helps to learn the language better but you also need to acknowledge the beginner student.
I didn’t want to recommend their basic classes as they didn’t turn out basic french it was advance french mostly.
They need to start giving demo classes now, so it will give idea to beginner french learners how classes will turn out and it will prevent them from wasting their money.

We understand that you only attended one of eight classes. Learning French is a process and it is essential to be consistent with your learning to see results.
Regarding the first class you attended, this is for complete beginners to learn how to introduce themselves, master greetings and understand french pronunciation.
We regret that you did not enjoy your class and would appreciate the opportunity to discuss alternative options with you.

Really great place to study french! Aurelie was the best teacher and guided us throughout the program and got us to a pretty high level in a matter of months. I definitely recommend this place!

The team has been really great at making sure their students are happy! I initially booked an in-person class that went a little too slow for me and swapped to online classes for a month to test that out instead.
I was much happier with my online classes but was worried about switching and not getting refunded. The team reached out to refund and make sure I was getting value out of my classes which is the most important thing. I'm excited to take my DEF with this school!

I can highly recommend Learn French in Vancouver as a way to build your French conversational skills and confidence. After a few years studying French I was ready to start applying it in a "real-life" conversational setting. That is exactly what I found here. Aurelie, my teacher, has the most wonderful way of guiding us while encouraging and creating an ease among us all. It is fun, upbeat and instructive. I'd say to anyone- go ahead, sign up. This is a really good experience.

I've been together with Learn French for four months and it has been an enriching experience for me. Our instructor Eloïse is fun, incredibly supportive and enthusiastic, which greatly motivates the class. In addition, every instructor in the course is extremely passionate about both teaching this beautiful language and explaining in depth the French culture that contributes to this process.
While the course provides a solid foundation, I also recognize the importance of personal effort to master this challenging but rewarding journey. I'm happy to choose to Learn French and thankful for guiding us on this exciting language-learning journey!

I had a wonderful experience with Learn French in Vancouver! My teacher was Marion and she did a great job of explaining the concepts and ensuring a balance between going through exercises and providing opportunities for us to practice conversational French. I learned so much in my 8 week session, and I would highly recommend!

I learned french with Justine 😊. She was super friendly and professional at the same during my french classes. I learned most of the difficult concepts very easily because of her teaching style.
