I try to purchase only furniture made in the US so it was important to me to do research. We have 2 sofas from leather groups so far and I'm now looking at chairs. Our dogs jump on our furniture many many times a day and both couches are still beautiful and amazingly comfortable. We have also had both couches moved several times and you can tell that the construction of the frames is solid and sturdy. If you have dogs and cannot stand how they can destroy fabric and low quality furniture in a few months, purchase from leather groups.

We have 2 sofas from leather groups so far and I'm looking at chairs now. Our dogs are very hard on our furniture and these sofas still look great and are very comfortable! They are the only couches I will buy. Our dogs' jumping only makes the leather look even better! I would suggest ordering samples so you can touch the leather to see how it will wear. Their customer service group is so helpful and responsive with questions.

When planning to wait several months and spend thousands of hard-earned dollars on custom furniture, you want to ensure no detail is overlooked, especially when living in NYC where moving furniture is a colossal headache. From placing the order to receiving the sofa, Leather Groups provided exceptional customer service and ultimately delivered a high-quality product. Not a single stitch is out of place! My husband and I searched high and low for a leather couch that matched what we wanted and was durable enough to handle our dogs. Everything we saw either cost an exorbitant amount of money and/or didn't have the full grain leather we wanted. Cue: LeatherGroups. We were attracted to their diverse selection of leathers and furniture customization, and we became confident we made the right choice after their customer service asked us if we wanted "ears" on our sofa. Like, sofas have ears? Apparently so; these people are legit and they are passionate about leather furniture and getting you what you want. We love our sofa - it's solid, doesn't move, breaks in nicely, and the leather is just gorgeous. Our dogs have claimed the new couch as their own and it holds up really well against them. Full disclosure: You will wait a while - at least 3 months - and it is an investment, but the time waited is very worth it and this piece of furniture is a bargain considering the quality.

The ordering experience and customer service were outstanding! Sandra promptly and patiently answered my many questions throughout the process. We are thrilled with the high quality of our Langston chair-and-a-half in Mont Blanc Bourbon. The leather is supple, and the chair is very comfortable.
The only glitch was that I did not receive the expected phone call from the driver prior to his arrival to deliver the chair.

Working with LeatherGroups was a breeze. I had many questions and many back and forth emails and they always answered quickly. I even requested larger sample sizes of leather before we made our final choice and they happily provided them. The wait for the furniture was worth it. We have been absolutely thrilled with our Braxton Twin Cushion Leather Sofa - 120"L x 46"D - 2 seat cushions with 2 back cushions! Incredibly well constructed and the Brompton Vintage leather is of the highest quality! I was very concerned ordering furniture sight unseen and not sitting on the pieces, but it was worth the experience. There was nothing even in fine furniture stores that compares to this piece. The quality is analogous to North Carolina furniture back in the eighties when USA made furniture was of the highest quality. This sofa receives comments from all our guests. The entire Leather Group team were a pleasure to deal with and we have nothing but praise for this company. Kudos for still representing a furniture company that still cares about quality! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality leather sofas!

We've had our couch two and half years now, we love this couch. We have two crazy boys and their friends and it holds up no problem. The leather is top quality and thick, the construction is perfect and super sturdy. LG was awesome to work with, I would definitely do it all over again.

I wanted to purchase leather furniture that was of good quality and manufactured in the USA. I was as most people probably are hesitant to make such a large purchase online and site/feel unseen. But after a lot of research, I decided to go with leather groups. I needed a piece that would fit in my fairly small living room. I wanted a sectional that had a bumper chaise on it and I really liked the Julian track arm however, it would be too large to fit my area. Leather groups worked with me to design a piece that would fit with the measurements that were provided. I ordered several leather samples that came quickly. Once my order was placed and confirmed, the total manufacturing time was about 15 weeks which included their holiday closings. I chose eight way hand tied suspension and mont blanc dove leather. The furniture is extremely solid and heavy. The leather feels thick, durable and smells amazing. The feather down filled cushions are firm yet comfortable. This definitely feels like a piece of furniture that is going to last for a very long time.
