I placed order on June 1st. Paid $2000. When I placed my order they estimated 45-60 days for product delivery. Today September 9th. Still haven't received my product yet. I been trying to reach customer service about month ago, they keep saying that they don't have answers for the estimated delivery time. After that anytime I call them they keep saying that someone will return a call but never returned a call. I have to call them again next day. And next day j get same answers. When I ask for refund. They don't have answer for that either. For the proof I attached payment info. Can provide more info to.

We called LED Sign City to implement a new sign for our business Dynasty Furniture USA. We were assigned a technician by the name of Shane. Shane met with Dynasty Furniture USA owner Kenneth Mayfield to go over the specifications of what our vision was for the sign. Any questions or concerns that we had - we called Shane. He made us a top priority and he handled our request with professionalism. Should we need another sign in the future, we will make sure we give Shane a call back to make it happen!! We are 100% satisfied and couldn't be happier with the installation and performance of not only the sign but Shane as well.

Hands down the best customer service and product. We have ordered many signs for many store fronts and have been happy with the pricing, service, and when needed tech support! Highly recommend for digital displays. The colors and brightness are amazing and the software is user friendly. The quality is way up there with watchfire which we used to use. :)

My initial phone call could have been better. A training was scheduled in which the tech was not available. There was a lack of communication, however, once I was able to have the tech on the line the service was wonderful.

We purchased our sign a month ago and it was one of the best investments we have made for our store. Customers mention our sign and its a huge statement piece in front of our business. Their customer service is extremely helpful when it comes to random questions or tips and tricks on how to make the most out of the software. We purchased a full color double sided 3' x 6' sign for our church and what a difference from what we had before! The sign is bright and looks great and the support we received along the way was great as well! We had several calls back and forth to help us get the sign set up and they were always friendly and eager to help. The training they provide is also excellent and something we didn't have with our previous sign. It's great to have not just a good product, but good customer support as well (especially for people like me that don't know what they're doing!)
