This was the first time I have ever used Legacy Home Services. Abel came highly recommended by my neighbors. When he arrived to address the issues I was having with my HVAC system he was thorough & explained everything well. He was even on point about wearing shoe covers & gloves when he needed to step inside the house to check on the thermostat & airflow. I will be definitely using this company for all my HVAC needs in the future.

Ivan and Xavier both were the HVAC technicians that conducted our scheduled maintenance, today. Both are so professional, and thorough. They took the time to answer my questions, explain what they were maintaining, as well as making a recommendation for our units. Legacy Home Services do a great job vetting their technicians. I definitely recommend this company for HVAC service!

I am very satisfied with the Legacy home services from the initial phone call to the office, to Schuyler the salesman that origionally came out. Today Ivan Gonzales came to do a system checkup and was friendly polite and very efficient as well. He even answered some questions I had unrelated to my system check-up he was preforming I feel confident in refering anyone to the legacy's Home Services.

Very helpful and understanding people to work with. Answer all questions and will help you resolve the problem in a timely manner and professionally.

Edit: Legacy gave me a call and said that they will be refunding me the diagnostic fee and seemed very apologetic. I did change my initial review from 1 star to 3 do to that fact that I am getting a refund, and their customer service is pretty good. I had Legacy come out to fix my A/C. They diagnosed the issue as being a bad defrost control board and that it was giving a bad voltage reading. After paying the $79 fee to diagnose the problem, the associate then said it would cost $430 for labor to fix the issue. I turned him down and got a second opinion. Turns out it was not the defrost board at all and it was getting a good voltage reading. It was the contactor that needed to be replaced and charged less than half to fix it.

Routine maintenance on my three systems, plus some added capabilities with an ionizing system to help eliminate allergens. They were respectful and very professional and nice to work with. I just signed up for another year! I highly recommend them. Thank you so much!

Ivan did a wonderful job during the winter maintenance inspection of the AC System. He inspected both indoor and outdoor units. He photo documented the system's conditions and explained items of concerns. He saved his findings so that the next technician could monitor those concerns. Great guy!

Great experience with service BUT since your technician left I noticed this around back of house unit. Never had this before.
