Working with Luca and Vinh at Level Studio to design my therapy practice was an incredible experience. From the beginning, their warm, welcoming, and highly organized approach made what initially felt overwhelming into an exciting and manageable process. I was struggling with all the decisions that come with starting a practice, but Level Studio helped bring my vision to life. Their mockups and 3D images made it easy to visualize the space, and the presentations they prepared were well-organized and simple to reference throughout the project. What stood out most was their thoughtfulness in designing the space—not just for my immediate needs but for how I’d use it in the long run. They created a functional and beautiful layout that feels timeless and perfectly suited for my practice. Their project management was excellent. By breaking the process into clear stages, they kept the project moving forward without ever feeling overwhelming. I always felt supported and confident in their expertise. I’m beyond grateful to Level Studio for creating a space I’m proud of, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a talented and professional design team.

We have worked with a number of very good and well known builders and designers in Canada and the US, and Level Studio is absolutely outstanding. My husband and I purchased a condo as a “pied à terre” for the two of us, and it needed renovations, design and furnishing, but we live in another city. After searching, we found Luca and Vinh and from day 1 they were so responsive. I called them over the holidays, before we had even bought a place, and they got right back to me with great advice on the condo market, what to look for, etc. They gave me numerous references, all of which basically told us not to hesitate working with them. And I see why. They had a key to our place, engaged with us both live and remotely, did an amazing design in close collaboration with us, then proceeded to take care of everything, from engaging the condo board, sourcing all materials and workmanship, even being at our place for things like TV deliveries. And, they are exceptionally kind and caring people. The combination of design creativity, implementation perfection, budget management, time management and genuinely caring customer service was the best we have ever experienced.

We had a great consultation with Luca and Vinh at our home. We wanted to get their professional opinion on various design elements in the home and we are so glad we had their help to avoid costly mistakes. They also provided suggestions in terms of furnishing and vendors which we found so helpful. We look forward to working with them again!

I'm delighted to share the amazing experience TTI Travel had by enlisting the services of Level Studio Inc to assist us with our office move. They came to our offices and took full inventory of our contents including the many art pieces and posters we have collected over the years. They measured all the furniture and fixtures and took photos of everything as well. Then they provided us with a room-by-room 3-D projected layouts that we were able to fully grasp and easily make adjustments. This enabled us to provide the movers with a precious install plan that saved us tones of time and energy. Within 2 days of our move we were fully operational and feeling energized about out new office space! Level Studio thank you soooo much!!

A few months ago my girlfriend and I contacted Luca and Vin to come and take a look at our condo downtown. We had done a few things with our space already but we needed some expert guidance on how to make some of our rooms more functional, yet stylish and cozy. Luca and Vin came in with such wonderful energy and excitement. They got a feel for our style and what we wanted to use the space for. They were well equipped with ideas and back up ideas as our conversations unfolded. After an hour of them being there we not only had a vision for how to make our den the most functional, but they also gave us great ideas and suggestions on how we could maximize other areas of our space! When they left we were filled with excitement and energy to start putting some of their ideas into action. We have since been able to finish some of the vision they helped us create and are so happy with the outcome! They inspired us to create a space that feels more welcoming, functional and cozy. Amazing design team! We had just moved into a new house and had no idea how to approach a fresh design. Luca and Vinh were incredible at synthesizing our vague preferences into a cohesive and actionable design and procurement plan tailored to our vision and our budget.
