My sincere thanks to LHC team, especially Yupa in her persistent reaching out and guiding me through a significant career transition. Her professionalism, industry expertise, and personalized approach truly set her apart. From navigating the offer process, she provided invaluable support every step of the way. NOT RECOMMENDED. One female recruiter in particular, who was enrolled, stalled for several months while offering to introduce me to a job at a hotel opening in Bangkok. At first the hotel interviews seemed to be going well, but eventually she abandoned me to follow up with her. After some transparent excuses, such as "I call every day but no feedback", she became unreachable and stopped answering the calls I made. This experience made me feel that the recruitment agency was unreliable. I was very disappointed that this was not done at all, as what I expect from a recruitment agency is prompt and effective support and follow-up. I then consulted another recruitment agency, which responded quickly and courteously and successfully introduced me to a position. Through this incident, I was reminded of the importance of choosing a solid and reliable company when using a recruitment service. If the recruiter's response and follow-up is inadequate, time and effort may be wasted. When using similar services in the future, it is necessary to check their reputation and reviews to determine their reliability. Choosing a reliable partner will make your job search go more smoothly. It is a good lesson that this company is not reliable at all and should not be chosen. ------ Dear Victor Thank you so much for your company's courteous reply. I am aware of your company's high standards of service and pride, and in light of this, I cannot help but be surprised that my experience has been so exceptional. This feedback is exactly the kind of feedback that I have provided in the hope that your company can help me to improve. My case is a valuable data point, even more so if your company has never experienced this before. I would very much like to know what specific remedial measures you have taken and will take in the future in relation to the way I was treated by your female agents from February to April 2024, contrary to your 'highest service standards'. Please note that I am somewhat disappointed that you question the authenticity of my review and feel that this is contrary to the spirit of your service. I have also been asked to contact you directly to confirm the authenticity of my review, but I believe that this message exchange is part of my experience and should be treated appropriately as part of the feedback.
