NOT RECOMMENDED – An Unreliable and Disappointing Experience
I had a highly disappointing experience with this recruitment agency, particularly with one female recruiter who was initially assigned to assist me. She promised to introduce me to a position at a soon-to-open hotel in Bangkok. At first, the interview process seemed to progress positively. However, after several months of vague promises and delays, she gradually ceased communication. Despite repeatedly stating that she was “calling the hotel daily but not receiving any feedback,” she eventually became completely unreachable, ignoring all attempts I made to follow up.
This level of negligence is simply unacceptable from a professional recruitment agency. What I expected—and reasonably so—was timely, consistent, and proactive support throughout the process. Instead, I was left in the dark, wasting valuable time and energy with no result.
Out of frustration, I consulted a different agency, and the contrast was stark. The new agency responded promptly, handled everything professionally, and successfully connected me with a suitable position in a matter of days. This experience underscored the critical importance of choosing a truly dependable recruitment partner.
Recruitment is not just about sending job listings. It's about communication, transparency, and follow-through. If the recruiter cannot provide basic responsiveness, they are not just ineffective—they actively hinder your job search.
I strongly recommend researching an agency’s track record and reputation before engaging with them. Your time is valuable, and partnering with an unreliable agency like this one may cost you significant opportunities. For anyone serious about their career progression, look elsewhere.
