Thank you for your feedback. Upon reviewing our records, we confirmed that you purchased the truck over nine months ago without any warranties, opting for a discount to take the vehicle as is. After you brought the truck home, your mechanic recommended changing the differential seals, which cost approximately $1000. We promptly covered this expense via e-transfer and also provided an additional $200 as a goodwill gesture, despite the vehicle being sold as is at a discounted price.
A few months later, you raised concerns about the truck not being from British Columbia, contrary to the Carfax report that indicated otherwise. We would like to clarify that the documentation you initialed and signed clearly stated that the truck originated from BC. Our commitment to transparency and honesty remains unwavering.
Furthermore, we have observed the truck on the highway occasionally, with the diesel tank still located in the back and running smoothly.

Bought a 2013 RAM 2500 Laramie from these guys.
Originally I was looking at a white 2014 3500 but after test driving a couple trucks I fell in love with the one I bought.
This is by far the best dealer experience I have had!!
They accommodated for me leaving the next day due to work was able to E sign.
Pickup was easy no issues.
Truck was fueled up and washed and super clean.
All problems that were existing with the truck was dealt with and complementary powertrain put my mind to ease
One thing I like about the sales guy I dealt with he answered my questions basically anytime of the day and was straight up solid no beating around the bush
Would 100% recommend!!!

We have purchased a lot of vehicles over the years, and this was one of the easiest, most pleasant experiences we have had. The car was (and is) in practically new condition, clean inside, outside and underneath. Our salesman (Jason) was friendly and very helpful, along with being very knowledgeable about the car, having owned several examples in the past. They put the car up on a lift so we could inspect the underside. The only issues were a piece of trim that was scratched (they ordered a brand new replacement part) and it needed a front license plate mount (also ordered for us). When we picked up the car they filled the tank with gas, and took care of the paperwork promptly and efficiently. We absolutely love the car, and are thrilled to own it. We would definitely purchase from Lifestyle Auto Group again, and if you are looking for a high end luxury vehicle, we recommend them.
