Bought a Growatt 5000ES. The shopping experience and turnaround was excellent. Pick up was ready within a day. Brilliant. Only issue is that their Growatt 5000ES inverters are previous generation. Growatt has had 3 versions over the last 3 years. This one has Firmware 067/068 whilst the latest models have Firmware 113/114. The 067 started appearing end of 2021. Sep 2023 I bought one that already had 113/114. It does parallel with the newer model, so no issues. Up and running in parallel.

I bought a 10 KW Growatt with 2 5Kw batteries and installed the system myself. The products are the best plug and play with the simplest setup. The sales and support are very good. Delivery was quick to the Eastern Cape and the goods came in order. Still needs to clean up...but no more loadshedding mates!

I bought a 15kw system with a total of 24 565JA solar panels and its performing better than advertised with peak.solar production at 14.9Kw Sales team were great to do business with and delivery was very prompt. Growatt inverters are performing well and I'm extremely happy with the system I will be expanding the system shortly and have no hesitation in buying from lifetide We also.procured at 55kw generator at the same time and it is brilliant. Keep up the great work
