Lightstore's website is so user friendly. I've ordered from them twice now and received my packages on time. They keep you updated throughout the process. I am also very satisfied with the quality products they sell.

Reading the reviews online for LightStore, I was a little sceptical, I contacted them on the WhatsApp number And they responded immediately. They confirmed that my order would take 3 to 5 working days. I told them what products I was looking for and they came back to me in 15 minutes to tell me my products were available at one of the suppliers in Cape Town. After I placed my order, They came back to me to let me know that the lightbulb I ordered was too tall for the light fitting and amended my order at no extra cost. I was contacted two days later by the Courier Guy and they delivered the next day. Phenomenal service and definitely recommend!

The worst experience I've ever had in South Africa! Do not buy their products online as they are not able to refund you if they are out of stock. I bought a hanging lamp on 27 February 2024 and am still waiting for my money back, over 2 months later. They don't even reply to my emails or after 2 weeks, and don't hesitate to lie to you. Such an unprofessional company. Stay away.

The service is absolutely amazing! I ordered 2 Chanderliers and some of the pieces were broken and I sent a message on WhatsApp and in no time they were delivered replaced and packed beautifully! I am so grateful for your service and your support and constantly communicating, I am so grateful.
