The house was great, Olly was always straight on anything we needed doing and every understanding of the fact we are all students! Would 100% sign with them again. Thank you for the best 2 years!

I was with Limetree for 2 years in the same house and the house and the housing officer were amazing. The house was in top condition when we moved in and all appliances we needed were provided. Our housing Officer Olly was exceptional and went out of his way to help us with anything we needed and was always friendly and approachable. Highly recommend this student company as being taken care of by a housing company as great as this one massively helped with the transition to uni.

Going into our 2nd year in a home belonging to Limetree and I will be sad to leave next year. We have had such a lovely time living here and the landlords have always made the place feel like home and assisted us with anything we needed. 100% recommend!

House was great, very spacious, clean and well kept with large bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Really well priced and good value. Olly was really quick at responding to any problems we had and checked in with us regularly. My first time renting student accommodation and I couldn’t fault Limetree!

House was spacious, price was great, and the landlord was fantastic. We had problems with appliances once or twice over the year, and every time it was either fixed or replaced within a few days. 0 complaints.

My experience with Limetree has been great, any issues were communicated and resolved in a timely manner by Olly and I look forward to continuing my tenancy with them next year.

This last year my housemates and I have had a really great experience with our limetree rented house. The house itself was well furnished both in the communal living areas and bedrooms. The house had been freshly painted and cleaned before we moved in, and was a pleasure to live in. When needed Limetree were easy to contact and very quick to sort out any issues, compared to previous estate agents it was such a refreshing experience. I can really recommend Limetree :)

My housemates and I had a great experience renting through Limetree for the past year whilst at university. The property itself had a modern interior, was very clean on arrival and located in a good area for accessing the town centre as well as other local restaurants, shops and Albert Park. Communication through Olly at Limetree was always very easy and friendly; we consistently received quick responses to any queries and everything felt very organised and safe. As students, the pricing of the rent with bills included was really great value for the quality of the property and the service that we received. All in all it has been the best experience that I have had renting a student property!
