Ever since Covid, customer service has been shot to garbage. Not at iCryo. I had an issue with my husband's account and Natalie was AMAZING. Extremely professional, polite, and helpful. She knew him by first name and fixed the issue lacking any hesitation. I appreciate this type of customer service, as it is far and few between. Keep up the great work!

First of all the staff are so amazing and inviting ! They educated you and walk you through every single step of anything you choose to have taken care of! They focus on not only on my physical well being but overall health. Iv therapy is a game changer, you must try it, it was my first time a year ago and i am still loving it! I had an amazing Hydrafacial experience with Ekam. She is extremely knowledgeable, gentle, and very polite. She took the time to understand my skin concerns and guided me throughout the process, which made me feel really comfortable and well taken care of. The Hydrafacial itself was a wonderful experience — my skin felt refreshed, clean, and glowing afterward. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism she provided. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to improve their skin and enjoy a relaxing treatment. Ekam is great at what she does!

I wasn’t sure what I-Cryo was or did. But my wife talked me into it Quite an experience I went from 3 minutes in the North Pole, to 30 minutes in the Sahara desert, one hour and 45 minutes in the the pressure depths of the ocean, and a leisurely healing session under red lights. They offer much more. The crew was very professional and friendly. The results are physicslly and mentally helpful.
