Milaina and Alexis were an incredible realty team. Milaina is the type of person you want on your side - she educated us, guided us through the whole process, fought for us, and was willing to take a pay cut when the seller forced our hand. My wife and I didn't expect to be able to buy a house in a lovely neighborhood like Ballard this year, but Milaina and her team made it happen. Milaina also helped us with finances and talked us through home improvement options after we purchased, even offered to help with the upgrades. I consider her a friend and ally. I look forward to working with them again when the time comes!

I feel fortunate as a first time home buyer that I found Milaina and her team. Everyone was super communicative and kept me in the loop constantly about everything. It felt like everyone cared about my experience and was super patient with all my questions and concerns. Al Nipert in particular went above and beyond as a realtor, taking my texts after working hours and on weekends and he was very patient during this whole process. He helped me find my first house which I’ll always be grateful for. I would highly recommend Milaina and her team if you are looking to buy a house.

I cannot say enough good things about Milaina and her team! She came to us as a breath of fresh air during a difficult time for us. We liked her immediately and she put us at ease. She is like talking to an old friend, very personable. Milaina and her team took care of everything for us, even as we were out of state for the whole process. Milaina was in contact with us the whole way through and she acted as if we were her only clients. You can't go wrong with Milaina!

Al and Milaina helped us buy our first home, and we had a great experience with them. We met with them to explain what we wanted and they gave us an overview of the whole process, as well as some recommendations on how to get ready, both mentally and economically. We found a house we liked but had an odd timing situation, and they prepared an offer that adapted the purchase agreement to it. They were even able to negotiate a deal that landed us some additional money for renovations as well as some items that would stay in the house. They were patient and understanding with our first-time homebuyer jitters, answering any questions and showing us around multiple times. Al even helped us test if a car we wanted would fit in the garage! They are also well connected and can recommend people for everything - lenders, inspectors and contractors for renovation work, making everything easier for us. For their constant attention, personal touch and great skills, we can't recommend them enough.

It was great working with Alexis. First, she helped us find a rental house when we first moved to Seattle. After a year renting and when we were ready to purchase our own, she helped us look for and find the right house. Alexis is very patient. We looked at tens of houses from as far between as West Seattle to Lynwood and Shoreline. She never complained even once that we were looking at too many houses and understood that we were working a delicate balance between cost, location and neighborhood. We finally got a house. A perfect little house in Seattle. I'd recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house in Seattle.

We love Melaina!! We were first time home buyers, and Melaina and Alexis were the perfect match! Form our first meeting, it was clear that this day was organized, thorough, connected with all the right people, which opened up our buying opportunities big time. We ended up using our buying power, with Melaina’s guidance, to buy a bigger home than we expected, checking ALL of our boxes, but needed some work. Melaina was able to broker the deal (which was tricky!) masterfully, saving us money on our end, and allowed us to make the desired updates we wanted. She is well connected in the contracting world, and has helped us find all of the contractors needed for our project. We’re underway now, and she has continued to check in on us and help with logistics! We were randomly linked to her through Zillow, and we continue to remark on what a godsend that was!

Milaina and Alexis did so much for us selling our suburban home of 25 years while helping us buy our retirement condo. We had a vacation planned when we unexpectedly found our perfect home, and Milaina sent us on our way and took over to get the old house ready. We didn’t do any prep! We were selling on an expedited timeline and they painted, staged, landscaped, helped us replace the roof, and sold above market rate. They are extremely responsive and deftly managed the complex challenges and changes of our situation. We felt so cared for throughout the process and cannot recommend them enough.

I cannot say enough good things about working with Milaina West. I have bought six houses with realtors over my lifetime, and working with Milaina was by far the best experience. I started looking for a place nearer my children in 2019 before the pandemic started. Over the next the next few years, as my life circumstances and wants in a home changed, I must have looked at 100 places with Milaina. I am very picky, but she never gave up on me. She is incredibly responsive, patient, and generous with her time. She is also very hard-working, competent, knowledgeable about real estate, and insightful about what her clients need. Both Alexis and Milaina were wonderful to work with. Alexis was wonderful working with us from abroad. She kept in constant touch with us the entire time that we were on our Japan vacation.
