Can aggressively negotiate and manage the details without taking unnecessary risks 5. Perseveres, never gives up 6. Finds hidden gems you wouldn't have found on your own 7. Is trustworthy 8. Is hyper-responsive 9. Knows the difference between points of compromise and deal-killers 10. Through these attributes is able to find you the perfect home in a geography and during a time when things seem almost impossible This is the ideal but I had never seen it before. This time I did. The words just don't seem to be enough, but thank you, thank you, thank you Liz Heinkel for being exactly who you are.
