I Sent my daughter in to have a coolant leak diagnosed. She ended up with an oil change she didn't need. She had an oil change about a month prior. When asked why she would need a new oil filter she was told because the one she had was cheap. I spoke to someone on the phone while she was there and he said he was not going to charge for the coolant leak diagnosis because he didn't find anything. Well...I was charged anyway. She came back with a ridiculous estimate to fix or replace what seems to be the entire engine one part at a time. Never ever ever again!!

I was called and told what needed done to my car other than what I had requested and they called as soon as it was ready to be picked up. Everything was done correctly as far as I know so far. I do have to take it back to be checked for an oil leak to see where it is leaking from so that can be fixed. Overall everyone is very pleasant.

We had a car not start on a Sunday morning. Called Firestone. They helped us arrange the tow and made the repair without an appointment whole process took about five hours. Got us back on the road. They were very kind & helped us in an emergency.

I’m gonna start off with this. I have been here several times and have not had an issue. I brought in my car because I broke down on the side of the road and had it towed there by AAA. They were thermostat housing and replace a Thermostat housing they called me said it was ready for pick up my wife went to pick up the car. Call me the next day because I travel for a living and let me know that it is running very rough when I get home off the road I open up the hood and they Did not even attach the PCV valve back on left wires unplugged so I’m upset I talked to a lady and her name is Sandy who is very nice and very polite who calms me down and has me bring my vehicle in so that they can look at it and do some free work which was very nice and made me feel comfortable so I drop my car off after picking my car up when they said it was finished. I go to start it in the parking lot and it dies so I try to start it again. Idling is jumping from 600 to thousand and will not stop and dies again. I go inside and say something to the gentleman who is an older white man that refuses to give me his name , Or even go look at it he wouldn’t do nothing. He just did not care. He said I will have to talk to Sandy about it. I have never been treated in such a manner or talk to that kind of way by a person that is supposed to be customer service. I am very upset and I would like for someone to reach out to me. I highly recommend that no one takes their vehicles To this shop In fear that they will not do the same to you as they done to me

One star simply because I called to make an appointment, they scheduled me 2 days out. I get here at 5 for one tire replacement…been here almost 2 hours now. What’s the point of an appointment if I have to wait a long period of time to get ONE tire replaced? I also see the workers going across to get pizza..I understand you gotta eat but like…it’s one freaking tire…

I am a Sabbath keeper and sometimes it becomes difficult to find places open for service when I am not working and not resting as my belief requires. This store was open on Sunday the first day of the week to service my vehicle. The service was set up, the intake was on time and the completion was as well. Thank you, Firestone. : )

I showed up 15 minutes before they closed with a tire puncture assuming I would need to leave the car overnight or worse. The tech and customer service rep were extremely helpful and went the extra step to ensure I got the best service as quickly as possible. I left 30 minutes later with a new tire (the puncture wasn't reparable) which saved a lot of back and forth for my wife and me. They even reinstalled my spare and jack in my car. This was in contrast to the Firestone near my work (11035 N Michigan Rd, Zionsville, IN 46077) which said I would have to wait until Wed or Thursday (3-4 days) because they only had 3 techs and were "slammed".

Lady at check in was rude and did not use the correct oil. Full synthetic is full synthetic not synthetic blend. No apologies, no let me do the oil change correctly no discount. You don’t like your job then quit! Krystal needs to go every negative comment is about her time to get some new people who know customer service. I’ve been with Firestone for 10 years one more off put like this I’ll go to Belle Tire and close my card with Firestone.

Yesterday I had my car serviced because Passenger ball bearing and tires also had them check. My AC told me they cannot get the stuff for the AC until Tuesday and my car was ready to be picked up. picked up my car on the way home. Water starts spewing out from underneath the hood because they lost my camp. I didn’t even make it halfway home from the shop when I had To call a tow truck to take me home very upset very displeased. I’ve had a lot of work done at this place and has never had a problem.

Even though $200 for a brake hose sounds expensive, it was the least expensive part that could have been the cause of my issue. The staff were quick, helpful, and made sure I was out the door with my problem fixed.
