Didn't take too long, everyone was friendly. Was a bit pricey but thats just the fact that the eye wear industry is ran by 2 companies that overcharged everyone. The world we live in...

My experience at LensCrafters with Dr. Wendorff and Christine was excellent. Dr. Wendorff takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes the entire eye exam a great experience. I also had a contact lens appointment there with Christine. I had never worn contacts before today. He was incredibly informative and enthusiastic, and he made the whole process easy to understand. The entire team at this location is solid, and I highly recommend Dr. Wendorff. I'll continue to come back. 😎

Vanessa was very knowledgeable about all of my lens options and was able to get me the best deal possible with my insurance. I was able to get in and out very quick. Everyone worked very efficiently and saved me time.

Made my glasses wrong not once but twice, lens installed crooked and progressive lines crooked or wrong on both pairs. Nobody even acted concerned. Did refund me but two weeks out of my life and no glasses
