HORRIBLE. I can't see how a new spicy chicken sandwich could go soooo wrong. There was SOOOO much sauce my sandwich was just about ruined. Obviously you don't care. Thank God I had buns at home I could use. Their phone # doesn't work either π‘π‘π‘π‘. Never get drive thru π‘π‘π‘π‘

Your typical Arby's. Tea was old, no sugar or salt packets. All the tables we tried to sit at needed wiped.

The brisket I got had a tiny dried up portion of meat. I struggled to eat it as it was hard to chew. Not what I would expect from Arbys! They had a special going on today ( beef and cheddar or a Roast beef) with fries and a medium drink for $7.00 . The goofy looking guy that waited on me acted like he didnβt know about it. They even had it on the sign in front of the building. This store should be closed!

Got apple turnovers and they have changed filling. No apples, just filling and they were terrible! You should change back to the turnovers you had before. The filling had too much cinnamon and no fruit. Will not order them again.

Only one person working the store alone. Not upset with her, she was trying her best. Staffing failures on the stores part.
Entire order was cold, fries were like rubber and cold. Food was terrible.π€’
