Excellent bang bang shrimp as usual

Solid food, tried something low cost but signature on the menu. Bang Bang chicken tacos with a salad. Absolutely awesome. The other seafood at the table with the great service made it a great evening. Good work Bonefish!

Just attended a dinner pairing. WOW! I hope they continue to put these events on. The food we ate I would never have ordered but enjoyed all of the food we were served. Service was awesome, our party had a really great time tonight.

Usually love our Bonefish Grill, but this evening was a disappointment. Nothing seemed right. The bang bang shrimp tasted bad. My wife’s salmon came out as blackened and my walleye was full of bones. So many that I couldn’t eat it. I let our waitress know and she replied “yeah, we are going through changes”. She didn’t ask if I’d like something else. It was a $100 dinner that was a complete waste. We will just go to Caplingers from now on.

This review is based on eating at this location for ten years. This restaurant is the best of the area chain restaurants simply because it doesn't ever feel like a chain restaurant. Always excellent food and great service. Performance of the wait staff is very consistent. They do a great job with that. Yes, you might get a small slip up once in a while with a large group like a side order substitution not being correct, but they consistently make it enjoyable. Although the menu is different, the food quality is as good as Ruth Chris and St. Elmo's easily. Only suggestion that I would make to Google is that the info box that pops up shows the pricing at two $$. I think $$$ is probably closer to the truth. Worth the money though.

Have had better food experience at the same location pre covid. Service and atmosphere still great.

Crab cake was good, but calamari was terrible - very dry, hard to chew. The mahi-mahi dish was tasteless, the cod was OK. I ordered the "green vegetable" side dish, the green bean was served essentially raw. In general, the food does not match the environment.

The Atmosphere was great, however, when I first ordered a BFG Burger, it came in with the patty shrunken and almost black. This happened with three burgers our table ordered and I was extremely disappointed, given how expensive the dishes are. The rainbow trout given to one of my other relatives had a burned batter as well. Not to mention another relative's jumbo shrimp was overdone too. They did replace the dishes with fish and chips and that was cooked well however. I thoroughly enjoyed that. I'm just very disappointed that the burgers were all visibly overcooked and they were still dressed and brought out. Other than that, it was an okay time. I'm just severely disappointed on the food quality. Hopefully that fixes.

I stopped in to see Brian if me and my fiance enjoyed our meal and dining experience we also got key lime cake for dessert I recommend you come in and enjoy best thing experience you ever had and ask for Brian

Travel to the Bonefish Grill at Keystone it’s worth the trip. At this location, the service was slow after our order was taken. The crab cakes were mushy, not lump crab. The calamari was over cooked and barely warm. The other dishes were okay but not worth taking home leftovers.
