Very nice car wash and amenities. I would like to make a suggestion of some signage for a line to the self-service wash bays, for people who are not familiar with the waiting process at this specific location.

Terrible place, I do not recommend it at all. The worker who is in charge today and is in the car line is rude and disrespectful.

Crew wash and wax i rate a 10! Be sure to have car ahead if you at least a car length to get a good wash and wax and get your wheels done! I asked the assistant to space my car to get a good wash and shine. If not they were so kind to let me go thru again! What service !! I really am happy with Crew and their friendly staff. Unlimited is great with the offer they have now. 5 star and recommend 10 star

Received the car from the dealership on Friday. On Saturday i took the car to the car wash. This car wash scratched my brand new car. I reported it immediately. The employee that prepared the incident report was rude and unapologetic. Made me wonder whether this is an occurrence that happens often.

This is specifically regarding the Rangeline Road location and employee “Makenna”. We have a Jeep that in the summer we have the tops and doors off quite a bit. We keep our unlimited membership because we were told (by an employee on 96th st) that if we kept it active, they would turn on the wash bay anytime we needed since we would not be able to utilize the automatic wash. Welp, not true at this location. Asked to turn it on for us and got a snarky “nope, we don’t do that”. Ok Makenna. Now we will cancel our membership along with all of our combined family members and go to a competitor. Great customer service. Over $8 bucks when we pay $39.99 a month 👍🏻
