Polite staff that even got my son in last minute. We loved their selection of glasses and they have affordable prices for moms like me who want their kids looking great on a budget. They have a high end selection as well and many name brands for great prices for people on Medicaid. I noticed the staff allowing my son to really take time in selecting the glasses to find a fit and I really appreciated the kindness and courteous manners that the staff had. Kids will even get a treat when they complete the visit. If you need a fabulous place to purchase glasses from knowledgeable staff and state of the art advanced technology for exams, this office is a ten! Love MyEyeDr!

Ladies at front desk and the ones helping me get glasses were so very nice and helpful. I even had a problem and had to return to the office and they helped fix my issue quickly
The doctor was also good and did very thorough eye examination and discussion about my eyes.

I loved the customer service no doubt but I didn’t like how there computers glitching part when I were about pay the lady keep saying OMG my computer glitch again and every time she said that the price went up $50 otherwise I loved my glasses

They misrepresent themselves then A YEAR after an appointment begin trying to extort payments for services that were completely covered by insurance. Unethical and immoral business practices

If you use insurance they will over charge you initially at your appointment and then you can send them an EOB and they still will NOT refund you the difference. Very poor customer service. -
add- they say in the response they work urgently- my service was in June and it’s October- I have not been refunded nor has anyone been able to give me an update on a refund when I call.

Initial call with Tori R. was such a great experience! I was frustrated with different eye doctor office that cancelled on my grandma the day of her appointment! Tori was so kind and patient with us! She also had sympathy for our frustration! All other in office staff was great too! Great to meet Tori in person. Kindness goes a long way! Highly recommend!

This location called to confirm an appointment for my mother. After a while they called me back and said they couldn’t provide a translator for the appointment because I had to reschedule this appointment several times and I would have to provide my own. Each time I provided at least a weeks notice of reschedule. The front desk staff transferred me the manager, Becky, because I stated it was unprofessional and unfair to not provide the translator. She was completely unhelpful and just restated again that they were not going to provide translation services. I canceled the appointment and will never be returning.
If you are looking for assistance with your eye health I would not recommend this place.
