We love Qdoba but this location seems to always have management problems. Revolving staff with no customer service skills, dirty lobby, so cold I can't take off my coat. The food was very good. This has been the theme the last two years.

Well, first time ever to QDoba. Had no idea how it worked & the lady at the counter was not at all interested in explaining anything. She rolled her eyes and kept dropping my bowl on the counter in disgust each time I added something. I wanted to know about the sauces but she just pointed at a sign (like it tells me about the taste). Once paid for, we looked for a table. They were ALL dirty, not a single clean table in the place. The food was okay, better than Taco Bell but no where near as good as Beyond The Border.

Absolutely terrible experience. The staff at this location are unbelievably rude and seem completely unbothered, especially when it’s busy. I understand it can get hectic, but that’s no excuse for rolling eyes, snapping at customers, and ignoring questions. It’s clear they don’t care about providing good service—just rushing people out the door. It’s not worth the stress or disrespect. I won’t be returning.

Just had one of the best bowls ever. Had a slight delivery mishap, but accidents happen. The food was very very good and the team was polite and efficient. Wonderful.

First and last visit
The only thing edible was the chips and they were very salty. I ordered the bowl and everything had its own taste, so they all clashed. Also gave very small scoops of protein. Employees were rude.
And very slow.

We are vegetarians but there was cross contamination in the food. We found a big chunk of meat in our vegetarian bowl. It was not acceptable. The staff were not ready to help as they were making faces while we were talking to them. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this location.

No ice. Fountain drinks had no syrup. It was soda water. All tables dirty. Food all over floors and dirty. Tasteless food. No napkins. Chicken was burnt. Food not fresh looking. Obviously poorly managed in its current state so I would avoid.
