Hi Anthony. Kyle here, CEO of Loft Legal. I truly apologize on behalf of Drew. He is a seasoned attorney of 25 years experience, and what you have set out above is certainly not the way our attorneys should conduct themselves during the course of a consult. I will take this up with Drew personally, and ensure that this is never occasioned again by him or any of our staff members. We have not had a complaint of this nature before, and I assure you, it’s not something that has ever happened before. We hold our lawyers to an exceptionally high standard, and will ensure going forward that this is upheld. I have reached out to you over email and tried to call you to apologize. *Update* Although we are still investigating the issue, and in this regard have tried to contact you telephonically a few times without success, we have in the interim issued a full refund pending finalization of the investigatio *Further Update* We have continued to try reach you both telephonically and by email to no avail. Without your response, it is unfortunately difficult for us to complete our investigation. *Final Update - 26 Jan 2025* Unfortunately, despite numerous attempted calls and emails to you over the course of the past week to try investigate this matter, you did not answer or respond to any, and as such, we cannot unfortunately take the investigation further, and determine the veracity of the complaint.
