The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My family has used this store to repair cracked phone screens multiple times. Repair prices and the length of time to repair are both very reasonable. The staff sets clear expectations when you drop off an item and in my experiences they meet those expectations.

The tech repair guy, Herlen is a scammer! My roommate has been charged for parts that weren’t agreed upon. Every time he “fixes” her Mac Book Air she has to come back days later! Edit. 10 minutes after leaving first review (above) Texts from Herlen. You can see how inappropriate he is and the fact he won’t deny being a scammer! He has sent her other odd messages as well, ones that do not regard her laptop repair.

This place is a scam. This place will hustle you and take advantage of you. I called them on the phone before going in there told them what kind of phone we had and what was wrong with it needed a screen replaced when my daughter and her dad got to the store, they hustled them and acted like they had an indestructible phone screen for $200. They charge them an additional hundred dollars and the phone fell out of my daughter’s pocket and broke the same day. They claimed that they would replace it if it broke because they warrantied the screen being indestructible. Today the owner screamed at my daughter and her dad saying they intentionally destroyed her phone. My daughter has autism and has been distraught over her phone being broke. I can’t believe they operate a store and treat people like this my child is 12. Nobody has the right to scream in her face. And accuse them of destroying the phone. Do better.

Back in late 2022/early 2023, I had Logitium try to fix my Google Pixel 5a experiencing a "Black Screen of Death" issue. I believe I worked with Herlen and he was very nice and polite and worked hard to try to fix my phone. He was slow to communicate updates with me though, even though he promised to contact me by specific days. Eventually, he said he could try replacing some components of the motherboard and I agreed. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to get the phone working. If that's where the story ended, I would be fine, but sad. The big issue is that whatever he did to my phone is now preventing another company from being able to recover the precious data trapped on the phone. To quote them, "It appears that a microsolder has attempted to work on this board from head to toe which removes all clues to what it's original presentation was and makes any chance at recovery very unlikely and the work much more difficult. We can see that an excessive amount of heat has been applied and the board is missing many components." Because of this, I'm incredibly frustrated that I ever let Logitium try to fix my phone and regret the whole experience. Please consider choosing someplace else if you have a complex technology repair. EDIT: In response to the owner reply, I literally quoted the other repair company. The fact that the attempted fix further damaged my phone is why I'm upset. I now have likely permanently lost priceless photos whereas recovery would have been more likely if I went elsewhere first.
