Cost me over £300 to take a video of the underneath of my car!
When I found the extent of the damage to be relatively minimal (I have been a mechanic so know) I was expecting the cost of repair to be maybe £300 in labour and a used part in working order around £200. They quoted me over £2700! Needless to say I explained this to them... twice. They simply refused anything but the costly repair with OEM parts, which given the car is over 5 years old and out of warranty makes no sense at all.
I took the vehicle back and did it myself saving the labour charges and used a perfectly good used part. They apparently have a ridiculous policy of not using aftermarket / used but working parts unless it's from "their" supplier.
Total time wasters, for anyone but auto novices, avoid!

At first the Garage seemed very professional, however I discovered that they have very poor communication. They charged me a completely different price to what i was quoted and i have the messages to show. I would not recommend this to anyone! They prey on people from websites like whocanfixmycar and overcharge completely. I left with my car still broken.

I recommend London Motor Sport Ltd. After two other garages failed to diagnose and fix the parking sensor fault on my car, they were able to successfully resolve the issue.

Paid for MOT and Service made me wait the whole day just to only do half a service. I still had things that wasn't changed in car don't give real invoices either
They will call you telling to bring car but go elsewhere there is a reason they are desperate

AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE SAFETY AND QUALITY.
I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled because this place tried to scam me and put me at risk. I went in for a service, expecting quality work due to the good reviews, but I later discovered many of them were fake. The prices were high, so I assumed they'd do a good job. However, after getting my car back from brake work, servicing, and exhaust welding, it started making loud clanging noises like something was loose—something it had never done before. They'd also insisted I replace my drop links, quoting an overpriced labor rate.
When I returned, they claimed the noise was due to my drop links, and the woman at the desk tried to charge me just to inspect their own work. Suspecting something was wrong, I took my car to a trusted garage. The mechanic there confirmed my drop links didn’t need replacing and showed me that my brake discs were very loose. After tightening them, the noise disappeared entirely.
These so-called "experts with 20 years’ experience" had not only lied to me but also put my safety at risk to make more money, quoting £178 per drop link! As you can see from the photos, others have had similar issues.

My experience was infuriating. I needed a same-day fix for my car’s exhaust flexi pipe due to work constraints, and they assured me this was possible. After booking for Monday at 3:30 PM and paying a deposit, they pushed it to Tuesday at 3:30 PM last minute, refusing to accommodate a 4:00 PM slot, forcing me to leave work early.
I arrived on time, waited two hours, only to be told by the manager that the job couldn’t be done that day because the technician who could do it wasn’t there. This was despite knowing exactly what the job entailed beforehand and already having the part ready. The manager blamed a “booking mistake” and offered nothing but a half-hearted apology. To add insult to injury, when I asked if it could be done the next day at the same time, I was told the technician only worked mornings.
Their lack of organization and communication wasted my time, cost me work hours, and left me frustrated beyond belief. I would not recommend this service to anyone who values their time or expects professionalism.

I went in for a diagnosis of a noise issue, and they tried to quote me £1,300 for a clutch and brake replacement. I paid £78 for the diagnostic, which turned out to be completely false. They took the car inside, promised a video inspection, but never sent it. When I asked, they told me to go inside to see the inspection. I waited 30 minutes, watching my car sit there while the mechanic sat in a chair, singing, with no real diagnostic performed. The quote was fake. Later that day, I fixed the issue myself by replacing two screws on the drive shaft, solving the problem for next to nothing. They initially wanted £1,300! I tried to get a refund for the poor service, which led to two days of back-and-forth arguments. Eventually, I managed to get a partial refund. A total waste of time, money, and fuel. Not professional at all, in the end they said the partial refund is gesture of good will, what a joke. Raised the review to 2 stars to return the gesture of good will.
Update: back to 1 star because you keep trying to remove my honest review on trust pilot where you have fake reviews and stop twisting words on ChatGPT, we both now what happened, the second photo says for what I contacted you.

Initially, you brought your car to us, indicating that there was a problem with the gearbox. After conducting our inspection, we found that the actual issue was with the clutch kit. We communicated these findings to you promptly and provided a quote for the necessary repairs. The quote was given after your confirmation only.
It seems there may have been some confusion, as the repair you did yourself was not the primary issue we identified. However, we would have fixed both the screw issues along with clutch kit issue if had we continued with the agreed repairs, but the car was collected back.
It’s important to note that we accurately checked the problem and even though you initially believed the gearbox was the problem, we focused on the real issue, which was the clutch kit. You also mentioned the gearbox issue initially, but we assured you that is not issue.
Regarding the payment, you were charged £78 and we inspected your car and after getting the quote you collected the car back without taking any further service and we provided the quote after your confirmation, even refund was not possible, we processed the refund of £50 with your confirmation.
