The sonographer I had was struggling to stay awake during my abdomen ultrasound. He was clearly tired and nodded off a couple of times throughout. I wouldn't normally bring up something like this in a review but I felt, in these circumstances, it could have a negative impact on people's health (ie. If something is missed). I had a private ultrasound last year at a different location and this seemed more professional, even if a bit more expensive (the other location also provided images from the scan alongside the report). In all, I wouldn't recommend here for this kind of ultrasound. I let the team at London Private Ultrasound know about my experience but they didn't get back to me.
EDIT: I am editing this review to reflect that they have now got back to me and appear to be refunding my US and investigating what happened. I have changed the review from 1 to 3 stars to reflect these efforts.

This is an excellent service. I needed reassurance about my heart quickly and I was able to get a response from this service within a day. Booking online was easy without unnecessary form filling. Consultation with Dr Vakilian was very reassuring: she was friendly, professional and listened. I will be using this service again.

Amazing service - worth it for peace of mind. I got an appointment within 24 hours. Excellent communication and all results were explained during the appointment by Ashleigh. My practitioner, I think his name was Mr Mikhael, was very professional and kind. He put me at ease and was very patient. And gave me information as to the best socks to buy to avoid swelling in the heat.

Oh gosh these people here! I came in with my husband as he fund a strange lump. I was really upset and worried. The receptionist, God bless him, saw me uneasy and tried enerything to make me feel better. He offered cookies and played me some relaxing music. 😀😀😀 Then dr.Fay explained me everything, saw that I was worried, even though she explained everything to my husband already. Such an Angel. The lump was nothing, but the attitude of these great people was EVERYTHING. Hope we will not need much of the services in the future, but it is great to know you can get a support like this in case you need it. Thank you, dear friends. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
