The crew that installed our garage were great. They worked non stop until it was finished and they cleaned up work area very well. I was impressed with them and the garage. Turned out better than I imagined.

In the process of setting everything up I needed a structural paper showing wind zone wind rating structure rating and they charge me $228 for a piece of paper for the inspector. I think this is bullshit and longhorn steel sucks in my opinion if they charge me anything else Will drag their carport into the middle of the road and leave it for them. They suck. I do not recommend if there's any other options. It has to be better than. These people terrible customer service on the phone terrible company Not to mention, they busted my waterline cut my Internet line never said anything

Longhorn steel was fantastic to work with. Fast, competent, friendly and informative. We never felt like we didn't know what the next step was in our building process. I would highly recommend them. When I have another building need in the future I will call them.

I would highly recommend Longhorn Steel Structures. The communication was great setting up the day and time to install. The installation crew was top notch and very professional and the quality of the structure itself is great.They gave me exactly what I wanted.

I placed an order on Dec 21, 2022 for a 24x46x14 carport from a company in Statesboro, GA. Longhorn got the contract and the carport was installed on Jan 27, 2023 and the crew did a great job putting it up. Communication wasn't the best. They would text message me to ask for photos of the build site and to update me on install schedule but would not respond my questions via text message or relay info to the install crew on how to access the build site. Update 9/27/24. Hurricane Helena came took out another company’s building but the long horn survived.

I got a good deal with longhorn steel structural the guys has done a great job in putting it up it is a 30x30x8 roof for my cars they were really nice guys they worked really hard even in the hot whether that we had great job guys if I need something like this again I will surely call again Thanks again Mike Baldwin Gilbert sc
