I asked Rosie to come as I was deaf had my ears syringed many times with no relief. Rosie came and told me my ears were very full of wax. Rosie took lots of wax out and now can hear again I would recommend Rosie cheerful and friendly and did a good job.

My Doctor had advised using olive oil to help remove some wax in one of my ears, however after about a week there was little to no improvement, so I messaged Rosie to arrange an appointment. Rosie was quick to help, and very professional in her approach and took the time to explain the issue, how the wax builds up and the procedure she would follow to remove it. I noticed a difference immediately after having the wax removed!
I would certainly recommend Rosie.

Excellent treatment from Rosie for my blocked ear. Removed a huge piece of wax followed by another piece behind it. No discomfort at all. Hearing totally clear now after at least a year of problems.

Rosie was amazing and so friendly. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I opened the front door to let her in my home. Both of my ears were blocked and Rosie cleared them without any discomfort. She talked me through the whole process and kept checking in with me to make sure I felt ok. I would 100% recommend Rosie and I’ll definitely be booking back in with her in 6 months for another ear check!

Rosie came round twice in total, the first time we talked through my problem and whether I was suffering with pain etc. She tried to help my hearing then but unfortunately due to such a large build up of wax over a long period of time it needed to be softened. Rosie provided me with some oil for a good price of £7.50.
She came back a week later and managed to work on my ears, I have to say that the amount that was removed was great but disgusting! She was constantly checking that it wasn’t hurting and although I did feel some discomfort I felt no pain. Only a matter of hours after I’m feeling a big difference.
I will certainly be using Rosie again and having yearly check ups to make sure that wax isn’t building up.

Rosie is a lovely lass, very friendly. She wasn't able to get the wax out of my husband's ear, Rosie didn't give up on him and came back twice more. Rosie got their in the end.Its made I huge difference " for both of us.So grateful Rosie.

I was deaf in my right ear phoned loud and clear Rosie who I was talking to was really nice and she came round straight away no waiting she explained everything to detailed and got her little machine out and sorted my deaf ear out wat a difference straight away thank you so much Rosie if I could give 10 stars I would

Couldn’t recommend Rosie enough, my Nanna regularly has her ears done by Rosie as she is a hearing aid user and is prone to a build up of wax, she recently had a hearing assessment and despite having her ears cleaned before this she was worried there could be a build up prior to her appointment although Rosie came out the day before her appointment and ensured her ears were clear and ready for the assessment which gave her peace of mind. Friendly service and nothing is ever too much hassle. Due to her having the wax removal before her appointment my nanna’s hearing aids were adjusted to suit and are better than they have ever been ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
