Today we had a good guitarist day - pre Holi celebrations with Tarun from Loviesta

Hired Tarun Tyson as guitarist for my husband’s birthday. He did an awesome job. So talented we had mini concerts experience. I wish i could upload the video. Kudos to him.

Pathetic services, wastage of money

Arrangements as per instruction given didn't matched. Food options were bare minimum. If you've 5 starter to order there are 2 options of paneer and 2 options for chilli potatoes. The assigned person before I was coordinating regarding the event he didn't even bothered to connect after the payment has been made and event is completed. The assigned staff it self of under pressure of not completing their given tasks as per customer wants. In our 2 hrs of whole experience time they took 1 hr for re arranging the setup and we've left in 1 hr as soon we've cutted the cake. I've made a payment of 8,300/- which includes 2000 rs of pyros amongst that only 1 used and they did that as per their convenience not as per us. When I asked about other one they said that it was blasted. They are not taking care of customer's requirements but only trying to wrap the even as soon as possible. I would never suggest any one this platform for someone's special event. Even the cake which has been arranged its was freezed they directly took the cake and put up on the table before 10 min from the time randomly. Didn't even mentioned heart which I've asked them to made along with name. I think they has to work upon the quality and learn some time management skills to improve and to take Care of customers requirements if they're paying to you. Didn't compromise on taking payments but yes not even bother to revert your customers msgs as soon you've got the money.

This was my first experience and it was amazing. All things were in proper manner they way i needed and the staff was so kind, food was super delicious 😋 😍 thank you so much for helping me and making my event memorable 🥰😍thank you mayank and jaypee continental staff for your service and kindness.🥰😇amazing coordination and tea. Fantastic experience of this candle light dinner, I planned this candle light dinner for my husband on his birthday, my husband was so surprised and happy. I feel worth spending time on this surprise worth for money. A special thanks to Mayank who helped me with each and every question and make it happen very smooth, and arranged as per my requirements the way I wanted. Thanks Mayank for the great support. We booked at Mango suites. Ambience is very good and food is delicious. Looking forward for more celebrations with Loveista. Thank you team for your effort

I am here to share my experience with Loviesta. I booked rooftop private candlelight dinner inside prism glass canopy and I cant express my experience with them in words. I wanted to propose a guy for marriage and when I took him to the Prism Glass canopy he was amazed with the decoration that is been done and it was all together very amazing experience for both of us. My partner liked the idea and decoration and definitely we spent very special time together here. I would specially like to thank Mayank because during this whole plan I was coordinating with him and he is very kind and understanding and did all the arrangements as per my requirements. Also would like to thank whole Loviesta team for making this plan worked out the way I wanted to.
