I had a great experience with Ro and his team at Loyalty Exterior Solutions. They did an excellent job installing new gutters at my house and were communicative throughout the entire job. Their pricing was competitive and fair, and I would definitely recommend them to other folks who are looking to install gutters!

We recently completed our second, sizable, home construction project with Loyalty Exteriors over the last two years. Both projects were completed on schedule. As with the 1st project, the crews were knowledgeable, conscience, and overall did a great job with our latest remodel. I would definitely refer Loyalty Exteriors as a good contractor to work with.

Ro and his team did a fabulous job. From the first discussion with Ro to the final walk through, we were totally satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend him or to use him again.

Unfortunately, two trees fell on my house during a storm. Fortunately, it did not penetrate the interior. Unfortunately, I have a metal roof which made it a bit more challenging to find a company that could/ would do the repair. Fortunately, I came upon Loyalty Exterior Roofing. I have had many experiences with contractors and repair companies but none have made me as happy as Loyalty Roofing. It all started with a return phone call. Sounds simple, doesn’t it. Then it was immediate attention to the site visit and evaluation. As it turned out, my job was a little more complicated due to matching color and style of ribbing so some detective work was needed. This caused some delay but communication was excellent so my blood pressure was in good order. Day of repair….. on time, efficient and neat. I cannot say enough how impressed I am with this company. So happy to have found Ro and Loyalty Exterior Solutions! They repaired a rotting area of our 100+ year old clay-tile roof that was causing a leak in the ceiling below and also replaced our gutters. From the very beginning, we saw that Romulo from Loyalty did the best survey of the existing roof, chimney and siding and informed us on the work needed to fix everything. Many other contractors did not go up the roof or into the attic to inspect the roof. The quote from Loyalty was comparable to other contractors. We also appreciated that they were not trying to sell us a new roof. They provided with a repair estimate to make the roof last another 5 years. We chose to go with the new roof, an under layer of plywood and chimney work. We were planning to put solar panels. Loyalty kept us informed on the permitting and started the project on time and finished it in 3 consecutive days. They managed the delivery and storage of materials well in spite of the size limitations of our driveway. Laryssa was very reachable by text and email and responded quickly.
