Brady was very informative, kind, and prompt when he came to spray our house!l for bugs! He was even mindful of our pet cat and went as far as to give our pet some treats when he was done spraying around our house! We will definitely use ChemTec for all our future pest control needs.

I have not had any services performed by ChemTec. BUT the reason for that is because this company is ran by real, honest people who would rather turn down a potential customer than charge someone hundreds of dollars for service the customer could easily perform on their own. I called looking for a free estimate visit regarding the mouse infestation in my RV & spoke with an extremely wonderful lady who runs the company with her husband (please forgive me for forgetting your name, doll!). After she took the time to listen to my situation, she told me point blank that they wouldn't be able to do anything I couldn't do myself and she couldn't justify sending someone out to give me an estimate for a service visit worth hundreds of dollars. She would rather miss out on a sale than waste my money, I couldn't believe it. She then spent the next 30-40 mins talking me through any helpful tips and information she could give me to assist me in my quest to banish the mice. This went above and beyond what I'd expect!!! My interaction with her was such a breath of fresh air & everything that's missing from most businesses. They are a literal mom & pop shop looking to pass it down to the next generation who was trained to be just as conscientious & thorough as they are by taking pride in helping the families in their community without putting money over quality of service. If I ever have other pest control needs while in this area, they are unquestionably the company who will get my business! Not only are they kind, helpful, honest & local but they also do not force you into a contract just to get their assistance. Nearly every other company requires a contract but this business believes so strongly in their work that unless you have a genuine need or desire to have contracted services, their visits are independent & will STILL revisit without charge if the issue wasn't resolved properly. THAT is pretty much unheard of these days and deserves all the praise & attention possible!!! So again, ChemTec, thank you for your honesty & integrity!!! I wish you guys continued success & prosperity!!!!

Friendly and kind people, quick service, great price, love that they are locally owned. They even gave coloring pages to kids and puzzle handouts to my nephews, and dog treats to my pups. Super sweet.

I have lived in Lubbock for over 40 years and get our house sprayed routinely. I have never had a bad experience with a pest control company and I have used several over the years, but ChemTec was the best experience I have ever had. Before I chose ChemTec, as usual, I called several companies, comparing prices and services, and decided to give ChemTec a try because it is a small company, veteran-owned, the receptionist was knowledgeable and answered all my questions well, and the prices were reasonable. Not the cheapest but still very reasonable. The technician Brady did a very thorough job spraying the inside, outside, and yard of my house. He answered all my questions and addressed each concern--ants, roaches, termites. I really liked how careful he was in applying the chemical in my house. I don't like having toxic chemicals in my house (but I dislike insects even more!) He even did a couple of services that I hadn't expected--wiping spider webs off of the eaves of my house and putting insect-and-mouse glue boxes behind each toilet. I also appreciated the fact that he was courteous, respectful, and clean-cut as well as knowledgeable and professional. What's not to like? I won't hesitate to use this company again as long as their prices remain reasonable.

ChemTec did a very thorough job of treating my home for general pest control. He treated inside annd out. Easy to schedule and showed up on time. LOCAL owned and takes pride in doing good work.

Service was great! Easy to book. Very friendly business and the dogs got a treat. Would definitely use this business again based this experience.

Effective, profesional and the best part is no contract to be stuck with if I didn't like the svc. Plus they send you reminders for follow ups. One thing I would suggest is pamphlets or a phone call for info/questions.

I have used ChemTec for many years and I highly recommend their services. They are easy to schedule with, the applications are effective in controlling pests, (inside and outside) and they were able to get rid of the wasps living in my bushes!
