Very poor quality and finishes. Loft bed unstable and unsafe for a child to sleep on. Image advertised (and on quote) not the same as product delivered. Only 4 bolts, wonky and unable to use. No customer service, rude replies and refusal to collect. Sitting with a product we can’t use. Very bad experience overall.

Although the Divan bed we ordered is sturdy. The finish on the headboard is absolutely shocking. You can clearly see sideways curved strokes of the varnish. The varnish isn't even applied in the same thickness consistently. Also, the varnish colour we requested is not what we got. It's yellow not light oak. And the last thing is that the wood is not smooth at all!
Not happy at all. Still waiting for feedback.
