This was a relatively tiny job but of course very important to us--our "new" (3-year-old) kitchen counter was chipped on a very visible edge and needed to be fixed. A father-and-son team showed up and did an excellent job of matching the color and pattern. It looks perfect! We really appreciate the effectiveness and professionalism and would not hesitate to call again for any counter-related needs.

My granite countertop around kitchen sink has cracks and broken. I had some idea to replace a granite slab and replace the sink with a farmhouse style one. Dima provided valuable suggestion and locate a sink for me. The sink ordered came twice broken. Dima finally went to store and picked up the sink. And he scheduled the installation promptly. Igor and the other stone guy (sorry I could not type the name correctly) came twice and finished installation. The sink and countertop around it now looks very nice.

I went to the showroom and walked around for 30 minutes without any service. I finally found someone to help me by the name of Dmitry and his service was absolutely horrible. He asked for pictures of what I was looking for and it has been over a month of me following up and not hearing back. I finally got a hold of him today and his demeanor and attitude could not have been more rude. Not even an apology or any attempt to try and work with me.

I wish all of my experience with people and professional trades could be like my experience with this company. I contacted them, and sent them pictures of my project (remove a countertop in my master bathroom, install a larger sink, cut the hole in the countertop larger to accommodate the new sink, and reinstall the countertop). We exchanged several informative text messages. He provided a very reasonable quote. I asked if he could provide a plumber. He said yes and coordinated both appointments. His guy was personable and professional, and did all of the work without damaging any of the tiles on the backsplash (!!) The plumber was delayed. The company made sure he came the following day, and he did an excellent job as well. I one of the drawers was brushing the countertop when it closed. He arranged to come out to adjust it. It is so refreshing to deal with a company that does good work, stands behind it, and gets the job done.

They were so easy to work with! I have a 2 kitchen project, I was looking for a slab, I called and they texted me a couple links for potential slabs with the look I was going for. I reviewed them, called back a bunch of times with different questions and everyone was so nice, so helpful, knowledgeable and never made me feel like I was asking stupid questions or bothering them it.
