I could not be more pleased ! They gave me a date and time and were prompt, right on time. They found areas to shampoo that I had not mentioned, spent extra time cleaning each of those. The carpet looks beautiful and new. The house smells wonderful. Very professional. I recommend LuxPro to anyone and everyone !!

Toshia that answers the phone is very professional and Clent that cleans the carpet does an amazing job. He is very friendly and very professional too. I am very happy with the job he did. My carpet is 24 years old and looks like new after he cleaned it. Highly recommend these people.

These guys are friendly and professional and can even work with our schedule which sometimes tough when people work at home. The way my house smells when they leave is amazing. Unfortunately now I am raising puppies for the next 2 months on one of those carpets lol 🤯

I have an 10x8 thick shag rug I've had for 10 years. I've never been able to clean it. I called around to ask different vendors about how they clean. This vendor hand washes the rug at their facility and will keep hand washing until clean. They answered all the questions I had and were very accommodating. The price was very good too. I'm very pleased with how my rug turned out. I don't know why I didn't call them sooner!
