I initially reached out to to Attorney Arsen based on prior reviews. Being new to the area we had to rely on public reviews vs a personal recommendation. Our one hour consultation was extremely informative and unfortunately for Arsen went over the one hour mark, but we never felt rushed. He took time answering all of our questions (and there were a lot) and provided an interpretor for my wife who was also very helpful and patient. Unlike some consultations that I recall in the past, it was not free, but worth every penny. And again most importantly I must stress that Attorney Arsen answered ALL of our questions and there was absolutely no sense of being rushed.
