Latin Group has been an amazing cleaner for both of the properties I supervise. I can go to them for anything I need. They always do any job and they do it with perfection. They did not deliver as promised. Was told that our floors would be power scrubbed and cleaned. I was lucky to get them mopped.

We sincerely apologize that we did not meet your expectations, and we regret any inconvenience this may have caused but We want to clarify that we made several attempts to connect with you regarding the space needed to store our scrubber for regular floor care, but unfortunately, we weren’t able to receive a response. Without a designated storage area for our equipment, we were limited in our ability to complete the power scrubbing as originally planned.
For high-traffic areas like yours, mopping alone once a week (per the service frequency you requested) may not achieve the same results as a deeper scrub, and we understand how this may have impacted satisfaction with the service. We wished we had have a better response to our visits and calls to avoid this missunderstanding.

Latin Group Commercial Cleaning Group has been an awesome company to work with since day one. I was hesitant to offload the cleaning services externally after having it done in-house for a couple years and previous bad experience with other cleaning companies, but it was the best decision we made in early 2023. The number one priority with cleaning services is consistency and reliability and Latin Group has exceeded expectations on both fronts. Everyone from the owner, to the supervisors, and the cleaning crew have always been responsive, easy to work with, and reliable. The Latin Group has been cleaning my office for the last six months. It has never been so clean. After they clean everything is fresh smelling. We bought a brand new home in Lakeville Mn, moving from North Carolina and the Latin Group cleaned our new home from top to bottom and went above and beyond to make sure our new home was perfectly cleaned,(including the garage) they did a great job shampooing all the carpets as well.
