I don’t appreciate businesses participating in partisan politics. Looks like they don’t mind alienating half their potential customers.

I was misled about the features of the unit I purchased and now I can’t get them to return my call to make the necessary changes, that I am willing to pay for, to make my unit fit my circumstances. Had they been honest with me about the unit I would’ve purchased a different unit. Horrible customer service and I will never do business with them again.

While I have some pretty large complaints and issues with Gulf Stream as a manufacturer themselves, I do not have complaints about Lynden sports. I suppose my only complaint would be they could have warned me even more on the front end of issues? But they did. So, cannot really complain there. They sold us a 12 month bumper to bumper warranty with our trailer that we have gladly used 2 times already, one having 18 different warranty issues after a 4500 mile trip to Montana and back. They are timely with their repairs, they are communicative, and their warranty is turning out to be very useful. We bought a 2022 amerilite Gulf Stream 24rls. A leftover unit still on the lot. Brand new never used but we have had lots of problems. The slide out completely broke within the first 5 months of owning it. I could go on but I’m leaving this review about the dealership themselves. They were direct, able to help when we need it, and we are happy to have them on our side with issues.

Charles VandenBerg was professional and was transparent with pricing and gave a good value on my trade in. Lynden's staff obviously value business relationships and are realistic with numbers and expectations. Gerard worked hard to get my new boat rigged up quickly and Cooper got her to me safely. All around a pleasant experience.

Bought a tiller from my tractor here. The service was flawless and the price was fair. Luke was friendly and helpful while purchasing this, and Caleb, who delivered it, was also friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be shopping here for more tractor implements in the future.

Had a bearing go on my boat trailer while traveling down 96 on a Friday at around 3:30 pm. They had me fixed up by 5pm and back on the road. Saved the weekend. Fast friendly service. The best technicians and service staff I’ve ever met. Would recommend to everyone out there. 6 stars.

I had a problem with my hitch. I bought a different vehicle. Drove out there within 5 minutes had it figured out...done.

Very friendly and kind. Was thankful for how they worked with me on a trade when my camper had damage that I didn't realize. They were more than fair.

Bought a camper here. Would not recommend. They will do whatever to get you in and out. Steve is not a man of his word. Says he will send a part they forgot to include with the camper. Never received it. Jeff is a joke and almost lost the sale before they even got it. Just gave me the run around. Screen door will not latch. Poor quality floors, poor workmanship on the inside of the camper. Rushed me out the door with out showing me all about the camper. Would not buy from them again

Saw a toy hauler online for a good price. They stayed open after hours on the weekend so we could take a look. Was the cheapest price by far around and was able to still come down on the price. Hooked us up with all the accessories. Lots of tráileres to choose from.

Great people that sell great products at great prices. I bought a tractor from them and it has been a wonder working with them for support and maintenance!

We had a great experience with Matt, Steve and Luke with an emergency installation of a weight distribution hitch! We had just picked up our new travel trailer after driving up from Austin, Texas, at another dealer who didn’t have a technician available to install the equipment, so they recommended that we try Lynden. We couldn’t travel at over 50mph without oscillating. It was a Saturday after 2pm, on Matts birthday. Doug, the owner, had mercy on us and shifted Matt from other projects to install a hitch so that we could safely start our RV adventure. There were challenges with the installation, and Matt, Steve and Luke all stayed well past the normal 3pm closing time to get the job finished, even making a run to the hardware store for a special tool. We are blessed and grateful to have found the kind, family friendly folks at Lynden Sports Center to help us! Happy Birthday Matt, thank you for giving us this gift!

We had the best sales service with Jodie and amazing attention to detail with Tim! The best value and quality that we have found and we are SO excited to get out and use our new RV! Thanks Lynden staff!!!

We blew out a tire on our way to grand haven. We were able to contact them a few minutes before they closed on a Saturday afternoon. They found a tire on a rim for us. Stayed open later than necessary for us and supplies us with a jack and tools to change it. They turned a disaster into an inconvenience. They went above and beyond anything I could have expected from any business on a Saturday no less. I cannot believe what they did for us. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for everything you did.

I thought it was doing the right thing going to these guys. But actually they don’t know what they’re doing. Boat had so many issue when I picked it up, I had to return it multiple times to fix the same issue. These guys don’t know what there doing. Boat leaks and still had issue. I would never let these work on my equipment. They suck. The customer service is horrible.

So initially didn't have the greatest experience with them because of a bad staff person. Once this was recognized, they made the situation right (specifically by Ryan). He took the time to make sure I was happy with the camper and answered all of my questions by staying late on a Friday night. Ryan will treat you the way you would expect to be treated in your Camper purchasing experience.
