Best Italian marketplace we’ve ever been to!

The worst spaghetti carbonara ive ever tasted. Have never seen spaghetti like it. The sauce was non existant and the meat was pure fat. The only thing I could taste was pepper. Won't be rushing back for more.
ps would have liked to give it no stars but it wouldn't let me post without adding at least one.

We are so sorry that we did not satisfy your taste.
I just wanted to point out that the choice you made on your order of Spelled Spaghetti changes the flavor of the classic Carbonara a lot, regarding the classic carbonara recipe.
We use Guanciale (which is predominantly fat).
The sauce was not non-existent but after 10 minutes from preparation to arrival at your home it solidifies as you see in the photo!
I hope the rest of the order went better.

Absolutely incredible authentic Italian cuisine made in a beautiful shop. Tonight was my first time ordering, we had the carbonara and tomato basil pasta, margarita pizza and fried Parmesan nuggets, it was all incredible.
The owner of the store was fantastic and very welcoming, polite and professional. Honestly one of the best pizzas & pastas I have ever tried and served with a smile. 10/10 if I could give 6 stars I would. Thank you for the delicious meal, we will be ordering again soon. 🙌
