Incredible work

From the very beginning, Jordan and his team were incredibly responsive and a pleasure to work with. Jordan took his time with me when he came to my house to help with the decisions. Throughout the process, the team kept me well-informed about the arrival time of the fitter Nafeez who was not only friendly but also quick and efficient. I am very satisfied with my beautiful curtains.

I had to change apartments in the busy Christmas holiday period. As the new flat is on a busy high street I really needed privacy and curtains urgently. I contacted Jordan and he managed to do the impossible and fit me in their schedule and fittings. Harvey came to assist with my request. His communication was perfect, he contacted me to confirm, he is coming 10 minutes before the appointment. In the process, he asked me questions about my preferences, he listened attentively and actioned it promptly. He measured everything with due diligence and put the rail after cutting it straight to fit perfectly, drilling with precision and tidy. He also put on the curtains which are quiet heavy and tricky to put one person as I have 3.5 m ceilings. He finished the job within 20/30 minutes super promptly and efficiently. I can also see all products used were or high long-lasting quality. Harvey was very polite, calm and nice in manner. Both Jordan and Harvey are the best so if you are in need in curtains/fittings you should definitely use their services!!!

We used Made Curtains for blinds and curtains throughout our home and are very happy with the outcome. The team were helpful during the entire process and very patient with my many questions! We're delighted with the end products and would definitely work with Made Curtains again.

Message for made curtains, 26 Oct: you have agreed to offer a discount IN WRITING, it's on black and white. So stop harassing me. I didn't not want to but I WILL report you to trading standard as well as file a claim via court if you continue with your harassment. --- FINAL UPDATE; They never managed to rectify the problems at the end after 5 months, so we had to hire another company to complete the works (Creative curtains did a fantastic job). Made curtains then sent us an invoice which was even higher than the original quote even though they have only completed 2 out of 3 rooms (we even had an agreement about not being charged for it).... SEVERE LACK OF INTEGRITY, SKILL, AND PROFESSIONALISM. FRUSTRATING TO DEAL WITH. I DOUBT THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE REAL. ---- UPDATE 2: Sadly during the 10th visit, one room still could not be completed, as the cassette roller blinds had giant light gaps at the top. Whilst this is taking time to be investigated, they have repeatedly contacted me to take down my review. Twice today alone by various family members...!! All it did was reminding me to update it. Two months delay and 2/3 rooms completed. --- UPDATE: the 9th installation failed again, they now advice that it will take another month for the next appointment. 1 out of 3 rooms has curtains, after a month of delay, 9 visits, and a huge sum paid in advance. --- Came to them due to the good reviews but sadly that's not my experience at all. Placed order in April 2023. After over one month of delay, over 8 failed visits what should have been 3 (thereof 2 no-shows without telling you til later in the day, 2 remeasures, 2 failed installations), they continue to let us down. From the moment we paid the upfront free, communication became non-existent, later on mixed contradicting information from different team members. A lot of over-promising and under-delivering. My mind is blown how difficult this entire process is. Obviously they won't refund our money back. Really wish I had saved myself from this grief.

Blown away by these — I got curtains + installation for my new apartment and my curtains turned out absolutely perfect. The material is so nice and the colours are so pretty. Way beyond what I was expecting for curtains, I’ve been talking about them all week! Jordan was so helpful in recommending the right design and materials, and was so patient in letting me look through all the fabric samples and find exactly what I wanted. Installation went smoothly and everything looks well done, no issues with the privacy screens in both bedrooms. The team were all helpful and communicative, a great experience overall!!

Made curtains quality was excellent and their service was too good. Good selection of colours for curtains and the installation was perfect and it was very professional. The installation of the curtains was prompt and it is perfectly serving the purpose

Truly excellent service from Alexis and his team. He's gone above and beyond to ensure we get a product we love. I've had a fantastic experience starting with the first time, I contacted Alexis. He's been very responsive and hard-working and seems like a genuinely nice person. I truly enjoyed talking with him and his team during the consultation and installation. In terms of the products, they are also excellent. The range of fabrics and styles is simply impressive. The tracks blend perfectly into the wall, and I was very worried about putting curtains in a curved window that I have, but he easily accommodated all the quirky windows in my flat. Scheduling was easy, and the job was done quicker than expected. Couldn't have had better service! 11/10

Very happy with the end result and received a personal service throughout. The curtains were made quicker than we expected, we received clear and prompt communication and the fitter did a great job installing and kept everywhere clean and dust free. We would use again.

Am desperately trying to give this company a good review being a family-owned and trying their best… But it seems it has some way to go before they turn professional and understand their responsibility of guaranteeing the work. Roller blind chain has been broken after merely 3–4 months of being installed, and despite their guarantee nobody comes to fix it despite couple of arrangements that got delayed and cancelled without notice. As often seen, producing the work is one thing, but guaranteeing the quality over time and showing up even very early/late in the day is the real sign of excellence, which is missing here. I’m sure their heart is in the right place, but the execution has some room for improvement

The whole experience with MadeCurtains was absolutely seamless! Communication, quality of the final job, accuracy and even pricing. They are worth much more than what they are asking, which is so rare and therefore even more valuable. Highly recommend!

Not good service at all, for 6 months didn’t answer us and faulty job at the end!! Never ever again!

Jordan and his team have been very helpful! My husband and I had no idea or knowledge about curtains and its different types. Jordan gave us great advise and ideas as some rooms were challenging. The fabric selection and installation went super smooth and we totally LOVE how they look! I’ve been realised the big different a curtain can make to a room. Thanks again for the great service :)
