Edit: updating my review as we have had a positive experience over the last two months. Priscila does a really great job for us and has consistently showed up on time! I can highly recommend her! Older review: I want to leave this company a positive review as most of the cleaners do a great job but I simply can’t rely on them to actually send someone during our agreed upon cleaning date and time every other week. We haven’t been working with this company for all that long but have had our cleaner just outright not show up on three separate occasions. On all three occasions, no one contacted me to let me know ahead of time. We have also had our cleaner show up over an hour late only to leave early. They send us an invoice for the full allotted time, every time, even if the cleaner did not stay for the entire time. Fortunately, they correct the invoice when you reach back out to them but the ongoing back and forth communication required to get consistent, high quality cleans and invoices that line up with the hours their cleaners actually performed the job is a headache in itself. I hope they are able to get this worked out in the future as we would like to continue to work with them but won’t be able to if we keep having the same issues.

I have been using Maid in Chelsea for a couple of years and find them super efficient! Kizia, the owner/manager is always on hand to help, and very quick to organise any assistance. Priscilla has been cleaning my son’s flat for many months and she is superb. My son adores her and trusts her implicitly! I cannot recommend Maid in Chelsea highly enough.

Had an excellent and seamless experience booking with Maid in Chelsea just recently. I reached out to Kizia via the website on Thursday as I was looking for a deep clean for a flat that I have recently moved in to that was in need of freshening up. Kizia was extremely proactive, and sent me a quote the very same day - confirming that they had availability for the following morning. Anna and Eva just came to clean the flat this morning and I am blown away by the high quality of their work, they were truly excellent. I regret not taking before and after photos! They removed stains and build up in the bathroom that I didn't think was even possible to remove. They even managed to lift some paint stains from the floor from the previous tenant, going far above and beyond what I expected (I hadn't even asked them to do this!). I'm very impressed with Maid in Chelsea and will definitely be reaching out to them for my future cleans, thank you Kizia, Anna and Eva!

Karolina is amazing. Also maid in Chelsea is great bc they can book within 24 hours which makes them perfect for a last minute cleaning if needed!
