This was my first time looking for a maid through an agency and I have to say I was surprised by how effective and speedy the entire process was. I wanted a maid who could look after my mother for 6 months in my absence and I wanted someone quickly as I was a little short on time. I called the agency on 30th July and by 2nd August I had a maid working at my place (I wanted to wait a few days before writing my review so that I can observe my maid's work) and I am amazed how the agency managed to find someone who matched all my requirements and is also experienced, so far I have zero complaints. I was being guided by Riya Verma throughout the process who made the entire thing easy and hassle free... and she was also kind enough to explain everything to my mother who had her own doubts and requests. I would recommend Maids in Mumbai to anyone looking for someone experienced and reliable for their parents.

Worst and scam agency ever. Worst and scam agent every. I paid 5000 advance and then they showed profile of nannies. They then arranged con-call with nannies where they all said yes but at end no one turn up. The agency have stopped taking calls and don’t send any nannies. They are thugs and running a scam business. I want my advance back.

Shitty How I wish we could have negative star rating! Maids in Mumbai promises you a maid of your requirement on immediate basis. The minute I put a query of requiring a maid they called up immediately and explained how I must pay 9000 rs registration fees so that i get to see profiles of maids. I insisted on showing me the profiles but they resisted and said that I will have to pay 15000rs after looking at the profiles. I saw profiles and talked to maids and selected one maid and after that paid 9000rs but the staff (Nikita and Ayaan i.e the manager) insisted on full amount. After paying the remaining amount, they all stopped being in touch. The maid never came and I had to keep messaging and calling the company to get a maid. They made me talk to 3 maids and they all would say yes but they would never turn up. The agency wont call to inform either rather they themselves dint know if the maid is coming or not. Their job got over the minute they got their free money. Their staff including the mangers are cheap, rude and has zero professionalism. Let me name them with how to they reply: When I asked Nikita about maid not coming she said ‘Acha, nai aanewali kya?’ When I asked Anaaya that why is the maid not coming? She replied saying ‘aaj nai ayi toh kya ho gaya, kal ayegi aana hoga toh. Mujhe mat sunao’ When I asked Rahul (senior staff) about getting my refund; he said ‘bache ki jaan legi kya?’ The manager named Ayaan would not pick up my calls or would be ready to come up with a solution. The senior manager Shahrukh is the most cheapest person I have seen. His answer to my query was ‘my office hours are over so I want to go home, bye’ and he disconnected the call after me waiting for two full days to talk to someone who can talk about my refund. After struggling alot when I gave in writing about getting my refund attaching the proofs of payment, they ignored my email too. Later when I told about getting a lawyer involved is when they got me maid who came at my place at 9.30 pm. I had to coordinate with her myself because the agency staff wont entertain you after 7pm. Even though their website mentions that they will provide 24*7 support, it is a lie and nobody will entertain you after 7pm or before 10am. You have to keep calling and messaging non stop during the office hours but they will not call you up once by themselves once you have paid them the money. The whole experience with these people was pathetic, they try and steal honest people’s money and make them go through mental agony. NEVER EVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM!

FRAUD AGENCY who takes money for zero service This is a organised crime send the maid for a few days take the money and ghost the customer They are not picking calls nor responding to messages for a replacement of a maid they provide for hardly few days and who went absconding I think this is the case with all agencies I guess it's all a bg fraud.

Pathetic maid and service qualities Delayed response, crap service, Maid’s provided are illiterate, they don’t know to check the time or measure medicine dose or use lift or dial the phone. 2nd one given by them was psychologically disturbed. Had issues with male figures and treated my 4.5 year boy worse. Absconding for 2 hours when my father visited. Pathetic with work and had nonsense demands like out of two one washroom will be her and no one else should use that including my children irrespective of emergencies. And after providing such crap when you ask for replacement they will sing the song of one week time. Their database is crap.

Very bad They are just interested in their money. They don't bother to call back. They promise a replacement which they don't give till 20 days. Please remember these points before hiring them. I regret hiring them. They are big cheaters. If they see your no they will no even pick up your call.

Worst experience with Maids in Mumbai I paid initial fees of Rs. 8500/- to maids in mumbai for hiring a full time maid. They are very poor in coordination amongst and were not able to share maid profile as per my requirement. After many follow ups i received a profile from them and was happy to go ahead with them. I tried to contact them a day prior to her joining and was told in the evening that she is not contactable. They wasted my entire day even after knowing that their maid will not be joining. They are scamsters.
