This spot offers a fantastic blend of oysters and cocktails. I stopped by for weekend brunch and had an unforgettable experience. Their standout cocktails, especially those featuring absinthe, are a must-try—I particularly enjoyed the Chrysanthemum. The menu is seafood-focused, with oysters stealing the spotlight. The team’s hospitality was exceptional throughout.

The food, particularly the oysters, and cocktails were excellent, so it pains me to leave a negative review, but the service was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. First, we had a reservation but they seated us 30 minutes late and were completely unapologetic. Then, we asked for the beef cheeks with sauce on the side and they brought it with no sauce. When we asked for it again, it arrived 20 minutes later. Then, we asked for extra bread with our mussels, but while we were waiting on that, the busboy cleared our plates before we were done, so when the bread came there was nothing to eat it with. When the check came, it also had 2 different mistakes (things we hadn’t ordered) that we had to ask them to correct. It was truly the worst service experience I’ve had in a very long time.

Cosy establishment with old school furniture and decor. It is such a warm feeling to visit. Oysters were good. The absinthe cocktail was alright.

However, despite her warm and welcoming demeanor, the hostess appeared to struggle in distinguishing between patrons seeking a full dining experience and those dropping by for a quick drink.

Only got drinks - mostly mediocre (margarita, pinacolada, mai tai). Hot toddy’s were interesting. Some of the drinks also took a very long time. They have Christmas decorations up so it’s pretty cute

Walked in bar has open seat it is 6:47 Pm today nov 30 2024, nice woman in the front said can’t seat you as the people who have reservations have not not shown up and the seat s are empty so we will take our $60 Order to the hole wall on the corner

Their oysters are impeccably fresh, offering a stunning variety that satisfies even the most discerning palate. The lobster rolls are nothing short of divine, with buttery, tender lobster nestled in a perfectly toasted bun. From start to finish, Maison Premiere delivers on every front, making it a must-visit destination for an unforgettable meal.

Food was great, drinks were great. My one feedback: If my reservation is for 2 hours, and each round of drinks take 40~ minutes to serve, you do not leave much time to enjoy a second round. This is further compounded by how fast the raw bar food comes out.

Incredible place! Sat at the Oyster Bar, and Joel took care of us. He recommended great picks for the oysters and had a great time thanks to his service! Cocktails were also great
