Vincent arrived on Sunday, immediately found the issue, managed to get the parts and arrived on Monday to install.
Highly recommend this company.
Will keep them in my records for any appliance issues in the future.

Vince answered my phone call right away!
I explained when I pushed the start button on my GE electric dryer it made a sound however when I let go of it, it did not start. I let him know the light inside was on but the drum did not turn.
Vince then asked for the model # and said he believed it was a belt. He quoted me a price also letting me know that as long as nothing else was wrong when he came out, I agreed!
He said he would be here in 40 minutes as he had to go pick up the part!
Very knowledgeable, and let me know that the GE dryer is a good one, that was why he had to pick the part. He doesn't keep them in stock.
Thank you, Vince for taking care of us so quickly and will definitely not hesitate to call you again!

I was very happy with the service I received. Both Vince and Kevin who came out later were professional and I was able to get same day repair on my broken refrigerator. Vince was very knowledgeable about what needed repair (could diagnose it over the phone). I will be calling them in the future for any other repairs I might need.

I had dishwasher and other handyman issues and I have to tell you, Vincent is the man. He delivers excellent service, tells you everything up front, is extremely capable, and has integrity. You could trust everything he tells you. There's a lot of rip off artists out there so if you want to take your chances in the jungle, be my guest. If you want the best knowing you're not getting ripped off, call this guy.
I've heard so many horror stories about handymen ripping people off. This dude is a diamond in the rough. There's a reason why his schedule is jam packed every day.

5 stars all the way. I called Vincent to help repair my 12 year old Whirlpool oven. Vince was prompt, professional, and the work was super high quality. The price was very fair for the work. It was very easy to work with Vince. He is respectful of your time and your home. I would hire Vince again to repair my frig, washer, dryer, or AC unit. Highly recommend.

For a wash machine boot replacement job, Vincent was responsive, reliable, and reasonable. He appeared to be very familiar with the issues and quite experienced with the work. He helped me clean up the laundry area, adjusted the legs/feet of the dryer (even though that was out of the scope of that particular job) after the installation. Very satisfied! I immediately had another job for him - fixing/replacing a broken park at the bottom hinge of a refrigerator. I am waiting for his quote and will report how he does it after it is done.

Vince was a real nice standup guy. I was quote by another company $2,500 to fix my Viking oven, but vice was able to fix it for a fraction of the cost. Apparently the other company was try to charge for something that was not even the problem. I be using Vince going forward.

What a great find. My fridge was limping after a very busy holiday weekend. We looked for appliance repair and our second call was to this company. Vince came out same day and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was very kind and professional. Unfortunately, the part needed to be ordered, but he expedited shipping and within 2 days my fridge was back in working condition. I would definitely use this company again, and will spread the word to any friends/famy that need appliance repair. THANK YOU Vince!

I highly recommend Major Appliance Repair. I have had my washing machine, dryer and my dishwasher repaired twice now. Most of the time he comes out the same day. He is able to diagnose and fix the problem very quickly and for a very reasonable price. I am very happy with the service I’ve received!

Called at 6am - earlier than any other place was even open - he didn’t have the part I needed so he made a special trip to go get it. My gas dryer was fixed that afternoon in about 30 mins - faster and cheaper than any other place could do. Very nice, great communication and affordable. We will use him again!

Vincent came by and gave a quick and reasonable estimate. He ordered the part and came back the next day to fix my washing machine. There was a sock that had locked up the pump and he had it fixed in about 15 minutes. He's a hard worker and very pleasant to talk to. I would recommend him 100%.

Last Friday I was in need of repair/service on dishwasher which wasn't filling. After i reached out, Vincent got back to me the following morning to set appointment for service. This afternoon he came to my house, right on time, diagnosed the problem and got right to it. Within 45 minutes we were all set.
I had used him two years ago for a problem with a noise garage freezer. Once again he came right on time, diagnosed need for replacement fan which he secured that same day and fixed a problem that i believe saved us hundreds of dollars.

Service Requested: Ice Maker Repair for a Whirlpool side-by-side fridge. Ice maker went out about a month or two ago.
Vince was very quick to respond and arrive at my home. While here, super respectful and got to work very quick.
He looked into three separate issues that are most common with the fridge I have:
- wiring
- water connection / signal to perform actions
- ice tray mechanism
As he did the diagnostic on everything, he explained what he was doing to give me transparency on the process.
He identified where he thought the problem was, luckily he had the part in his car, and gave me full transparency into the price of the part and labor before repairing.
As of this morning, everything is working again. Vince is great and very happy with my experience.
