Hello, I’ve been with Management one for about three years and a half. and by far, it’s been the best rental property I have ever had. anytime I have a maintenance issue. It gets taken care of in a timely matter. Thanks to Lee maintenance manager. For always handling my issues right away I appreciate that. I definitely recommend Management one to all my friends and family.

I just want to thank Kristine and Laura for getting us leased and in our new home as quickly as possible, they made everything seamless.
They also thoroughly went through the lease agreements and rules that way we have a great understanding of our expectations, she also made us very comfortable with reaching out if we have any issues from here on out. Seems to be that they have the answer for anything that comes our way.

I'm new with management one, they just transitioned from another management company and with that it has been a great experience, Russia in accounting has been very helpful. She thoroughly went through the steps in how to access their very convenient on line portal and answered all questions and concerns. She was also very nice and courteous. Rusian did our portal intro training, great experience. The portal seems very easy to navigate. It’s nice to have a system set up where we can submit requests 24/7 if needed. Rusian was also able to answer all of the questions we had for her, with confidence and ease. I was a little nervous to start using a new property management company but this was a great first impression.
