Hi Dominique. Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. Your Jeep Compass came in with an intermittent drivability issue. Our technician spent time driving the vehicle and evaluating a check engine light code. The code was for your evap system which has nothing to do with the drivability concern you mentioned. Many test were performed to evaluate your concern, and we could not duplicate the concern and with all the testing we did nothing showed up as being an issue. We explained this to you at the drop off and pick up. Its very unfortunate that we could not duplicate your concern at this time. We did spend a lot of time evaluating this, and we need to pay our technicians for their time. The total charges were $254 with the taxes.
