Words cannot even begin to describe the professionalism of everyone that works at Quality Service Center. The expertise, the attention to detail, the care, all of it cannot be beaten by any other local place. In fact, as long as I continue to live in York and they continue to remain open, I will be a repeat customer for years to come. I could write a several page paper on the countless things that have impressed me from this shop. not the most positive experience with them. Paid almost $300 and car has same issues as when I dropped it off. Way too much for just a diagnostic and nothing else
Hi Dominique. Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. Your Jeep Compass came in with an intermittent drivability issue. Our technician spent time driving the vehicle and evaluating a check engine light code. The code was for your evap system which has nothing to do with the drivability concern you mentioned. Many test were performed to evaluate your concern, and we could not duplicate the concern and with all the testing we did nothing showed up as being an issue. We explained this to you at the drop off and pick up. Its very unfortunate that we could not duplicate your concern at this time. We did spend a lot of time evaluating this, and we need to pay our technicians for their time. The total charges were $254 with the taxes. "Quality" is right there in the name and it's 10-star level quality at that! From day one, they have made me feel like more than just a customer. They're always quick to get my car serviced and back on the road. And they have never tried to "sell" me on service I didn't need right now. I recommend Quality Service Center to everyone I know! Give them a try. You won't regret it!
