Very effective cleaners! Time not consistent on Monday, so I’ve switched to Saturday- THEY CAME TOO EARLY! They came at 9:30! Please come at 10-10:30.b Beds were made well and everything clean. Very nice ladies.

Marching maids always deliver! They are on time and they do detailed job. Everything smells great and sparkles after they leave!

They were punctual, kind, and responsive in addition to giving us a stellar, detail-oriented move-out clean. We will be using them again!

Recently had Lia as the cleaner and while there was a bit of a learning curve, she has been very receptive to feedback and I've been very pleased with her work and her demeanor...a sweetheart!

I so much wanted to love them. I so much wanted for my house to be sparkling. But the communication just wasn't there and neither was the product. I paid for an extra hour for a "deep clean". I guess that doesn't include vacuuming inside the closets or cleaning inside the oven. My cleaner was really sweet but, giving him the benefit of the doubt, he needed glasses. He didn't clean the bottom of the shower or the kitchen counters. He cleaned the flat part of the carpeted stairs but didn't get into the crease where the rug goes up the step. So there were lines on every step of dust and pet hair. (I did let them know there was a pet.) I'm not sure what was going on. I asked if he knew what a deep cleaning was. He said the things that I thought were a deep cleaning were only offered for their "move in" or "move out" service. That was never ever explained to me. He also did not speak English and just nodded "yes" to everything. He had google translate which helped once I discovered he was just nodding yes even if he didn't understand what I said. They also called this morning (an hour before the cleaning was scheduled) and said I would be charged $45 more than what was told to me when I booked it. No time to make other arrangements or to cancel (they charge $75 for a cancellation within 24 hours). I guess the search continues. :-( UPDATE: Zach, the owner, very nicely called me after seeing my review online. He said all the right things: it was their problem with miscommunication between the scheduler and the cleaner; he could offer me money back on this cleaning; he could give me a discount on a future cleaning; that he wanted to make it right. Unfortunately, I think it is just not a good match between me and this service. I don't want the same type of cleaning every time. I want to be able to give them a list of priorities and have them be prepared to do what I need. I need a cleaner who is not caught between the rules of his company and the needs I have. I initially gave Marching Maids 1 star. Because he called to make it right I upped it to 2 stars. But I did have to clean after they left, so that's the best I could do. :-(

She is awesome. Please never change her. Not only is she thorough and everything looks amazing when she leaves, but she’s super nice and handled my new puppy barking at her. (Sorry about that) I wasn’t feeling well and she understood. Let me know she was about done and let herself out. I love having her help me out. And it really does help me out!

I recently hired Marching Maids to clean my home. They always do a wonderful job. It's nice to have a super clean home, especially when you didn't have to do the work. I'm recommending them to my friends.

During an active fire this company was hawking their services while our neighbors were actively losing their homes. Shame on this company. I added a picture from their promotion on Nextdoor. I will never support this business now.
