Marching Maids Reviews

This was the first and last time that I used Marching Maids. I requested a "deep cleaning" and then had to pay extra to clean the ceiling fans and the base boards. I asked them to make sure that they cleaned the light fixtures in the bathroom and then they did a very crappy job. I paid over $300 and they were only there for 2. That's over $150 per hour! I asked the main lady to please vacuum twice and she argued with me that her "shark" vacuum cleaner was very good and that she went back and forth multiple times and said, "see, this is what I pulled up", regardless, my husband asked for it to be vacuumed twice and it only got done once. My place didn't even look clean after they left. Although you have to walk through with them before they leave, they still didn't do what I thought I was getting. They contacted me for my next cleaning and said that the cleaner mentioned that I have 2 dogs that shed a lot, one of whom is only 10 pounds and has super short hair and they wanted to charge me more for my next cleaning and she told the manager that my stove needed to be cleaned and they wanted to charge me extra for this too! A deep cleaning is just that, it's not just wipe things down and good to go. The ladies didn't even put things back where they belong or take the trash out. I had to go trough after them and wipe down things again and put everything where they belonged. The left the dog beds stacked on the couch and I had to take down the trash.

When I paid for a "deep clean" with a prior company and paid almost the same, they were there for 6-8 hours, cleaned the stove, refrigerator, everything looked clean and smelled clean.

I will not use Marching Maids again nor will I provide any recommendations for anyone to use their service, not only are they overpriced, but the service that they provide needs to be improved upon. They should be giving me a refund for the service that they provided since I had to go back through and do part of their work that I paid for.
