There’s a reason that Mariamna’s is a three star company on Yelp. I wouldn’t be surprised if they had their friends writing reviews to bring their rating up from a one star. Do yourself a favor ind an alternative. They did a crappy job at an extremely high price. When I gave Teresa with Marianne’s an opportunity to make it right, I received a smug attitude.

I work for a business that has been using Marianna's for years. Today a team showed up even though I had canceled our monthly office cleaning a few months ago. I received a horrible call from their office asking about why I am not letting the team clean. I told her I had canceled the office cleaning service a few months ago. SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE!!! SHE INTERUPTED ME, THREATENED ME WITH EXTRA CHARGES. She told me she would search all my calls to see if I really cancelled. I am sure she could clearly see a cleaning has not been done to our office since March of this year. And sure enough she billed me even though I cancelled. I could not believe how rude she was, the poor attitude she had, and to end the call she hung up on me when I was speaking to her. If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not use this company!

Very reliable when using them for many many years

I used Marianna's cleaning services for a couple of years and was disappointed with the responses received from Christina when I had a complaint last month. Instead of delivering high quality service and customer service, it turned into a session about my home, excuses and failed promises of returning to make corrections and stood us up when they said they would be here. Very disappointed especially when they increased their prices a couple of months ago but the quality and customer went down.

This was our first experience with a cleaning service, and it was a seamless process from start to finish. The staff, from the initial step to the cleaning service, were wonderful, professional, punctual, and friendly. With two cats and a dog, there's a lot of hair, but they treated my animals kindly. The deep cleaning covered the kitchen, including spills in the oven, inside/outside the refrigerator, microwave, and kitchen cabinets. They also deep cleaned the bathroom and tackled the windows. Three cleaning ladies efficiently spent three hours, making our house holiday-ready. I'll definitely continue using their services and recommend them to others.

So I’ve been using with Marianas Cleaning Co for the past 7+ months. In the beginning they did an excellent job, they sent a supervisor who help with everything and teach the Team how to do the job. After that I’ve been struggling with them also changing and replacing Team because of the bad job the did. My house it’s not big, I live in a single home with 2 bath and 2 room, plus kitchen and living room. They also did a terrible job on the bathroom not cleaning the right way, or using a little tiny square rag to mop the floor. But I been giving them opportunities because they always been promised that they will switch team and they will do a better job. Well like I said the first time, but after that always the same complaint. I have to be on top of them for everything. I’ve tried from team 0- to team 11 !! And always tue same result, I can’t believe I gave them so many chances, today was the worst …. They sent another team to clean the house. Every single team they take 2 hours to do basically, cleaning, moping and bathroom, today I made a terrible mistake by adding an extra hour .. because in my mind this team it’s going to do the basic like every other team ( by the way was team 0) and they alway like I said takes 2 hour, anyway I added the hour because I wanted them to clean the sides of windows and vacuum the sofa and to clean just the outside of the door with a clothe. I do this every single week and of course clean my house as well for me when they come it’s just an extra help, so I know how much time it takes to clean and I do it on my own. This two ladies that they sent took forever … it’s was already 3 hours and they haven’t even do the half of the house and once again my house it’s small! So I don’t know who called asking be to approved another hour …… claiming that they haven’t finish because theyCLEAN THE WINDOWS and I was like no they haven’t …. And claiming that they need another hour because of the blinds…. Which they only did form 4 windows. They were so slow like they were taking they time, and I told the lady on the phone but she didn’t even let me talk she was keep interrupting me every single time. She said that if I approved the hour they will clean the feast of the bourse if not they will leave and live it like that. They charge for 4 hours without even vacuum the sofas, not cleaning the side door and not even doing anything that I ask for In the begging, so basically 4 hours just to do the basic cleaning g from a house of 2 bath and 2 bed. I cancel the service of course. They are 2 people and they couldn’t get a job done that I do every single week by myself, with a house that it’s small. Worst service ever and the lady on the phone rude. Windows clean from outside and inside ? Hahaha fro. Where ? Because my house was not clean like that. -- Regards,

They did a great job! The team was very thorough and it was a huge relief to come home to a clean house. The job was done carefully and thoughtfully, better than if I had done it myself. I would use their services again.

5.2023 - a update - Because of drawbacks one and two described below, we have decided to cancel service after 2.5 years of using them. Everything else in the review stands. Mariana's is a great company. We've been using them for the past two years every two weeks. They are consistent, communicate well and have online automated systems. for notifications as well as a personal phone call reminder. They are very flexible in scheduling when we’ve had emergencies or been on vacation. They equip their teams to do the job well. I have two drawbacks which may not be drawbacks for others - One, is that they send a different crew every time they come out so we have to re-explain the cleaning instructions every time. This, to me takes away from the customer service and that leads me to drawback number two - we don't get the same level of cleaning every time, some folks are more detail oriented than others and we can't train one crew - if they are not coming back again. They have an extensive team and everyone is very polite and kind and respectful. For us, we just wished we got the same team every time so we don't have re-explain and could expect the same results every time. If that is not an issue for you, then this is a great company to utilize - and I highly recommend them.

Had a crew of 3 come . I have a lot of bathrooms , everything was great . Spotless when they left, and nice people as well highly recommend

This is by far the best experience my family has had with a cleaning service. The women were professional and cleaned all parts of the house which are hardest to clean. They took their time to do the job right and left the house looking and smelling great. Will ALWAYS use this company and would highly recommend.

I will start by saying that the cleaning itself was satisfactory, and when we didn't like something, they happily cleaned it better with no complaints. However, after they left we found some damage in our bathroom cabinet. We shared a video of the damage with the company and they told us they'll investigate it. We tried following up and they didn't respond. They called us later trying to schedule more cleanings, which is when we, again, told them about the damage and sent them a video, they said they don't have info on the damage (meaning they never actually investigated), they said they'll investigate again and we never heard back from them since.

They went above and beyond! Excellent cleaners!!! Would recommend to family and friends. Super pleased!😊

With bathroom remodel finished the house was a mess. Cleaning crew came in and the house done. Look great will call them back

Being a property manager, I have used many cleaning companies, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the job that Marianna’s Cleaning does! I will, without a doubt, continue to use them for all our cleaning needs.

My place looked awesome when you left I kept opening doors and cupboards to try to find a place that was missed, but I couldn't find any.i will definitely sign up for bi weekly cleaning Thanks

Hired this company to come in and clean our apartment. The crew that came in was very professional and had great attention to detail. There was nothing that needed to be redone or touched up because they left our place immaculate.
