Being a Licensed Community Association Manager, responsible for searching out companies to provide the Milestone Inspections and SIRS for my associations, I found Beryl very easy to work with. They guided me, along with the association Boards, through the entire process. We hired Beryl to conduct our SIRS and Milestone. We found them to be very thorough, answered all our questions, and provided our board with solid guidelines for moving forward and planning for needed Reserve expenditures.

The communication from the beginning to making an appointment to confirming it to the follow up was impeccable. The inspector was kind, on time and very knowledgeable! Each time I've called Beryl Engineering I'm given the red-carpet Treatment. Also, their Inspection Report came in a little early, very much appreciated. Notably, today-- Michael took my call, promised a call-back in "a few minutes," and "Voilà"-- they called me back in one minute, actually. Of special note is Ms. "MSFH" Lindsay, who extended the utmost courtesy the first time we spoke (09JUL2024), and added, "You can call me ANYTIME w/ any questions." This gracious offer came in handy today, when I called again w/ a question about Professional Conduct. Again "MSFH Lindsay" was respectful toward me and prudent in her observations. We're going to put Ms. Lindsay into mass production to improve the quality of Consumer Relations worldwide. THANK YOU Beryl Engineering. P.S. My concern about My Safe Florida Home (MSFH) was resolved 100%, double thanks.
