Markwell’s recently replaced all our soffits, barge boards, facias and gutters along with two external doors. The quality of the workmanship and products used was first class. The previous owners of our property also used Markwell’s to replace all external wooden windows with high quality white plastic. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Paul, Ryan and Alfie fitted our secondary double glazing. They were punctual, polite, smartly dressed and very neat and tidy in their work. We used Markwell many years ago and their standards are still high. Would recommend.

I had a shattered lounge double glazing unit, Markwells Glass agreed to deal with this arrived promptly to measure the job and delivered and fitted a new unit much sooner than expected. Very Satisfied with the service and thoroughly recommend this company.

Absolutely horrible customer service. They said they couldn’t do my project based off photos, and I was trying to come up with alternative solutions. It was a “no” before even listening to my high budget or other ideas I had. She said, “You would have to do this before we install.” I replied saying I can do that!!! She said it’s still a no. HORRIBLE. It was as if they don’t want any business!! Or even try to make something work! All I wanted was someone to come out and take a look as ANY GOOD BUSINESS would have done.

Hi Renee, we are sorry we couldn’t help you on this occasion, but I just wanted to give you a little background. We have been around for many years and have a very experienced team, we have huge pride in the work we complete, if we cannot complete a project to the absolute highest level of quality we learnt to say NO, no matter the money or budget. There are many companies out there that will bite your hand off for the job and promise you the earth and deliver shocking results we are not one of them. All projects are discussed with our surveyor and unfortunately if he says No its a No. We wish you all the best with your project and once again I am sorry we couldn’t help on this occasion but hope you appreciate why. We are very good at what we do and if we can’t do it well we won’t do it all. We have to be firm our name is our business and we haven’t been in business over 30years because we don’t know what we are doing.

Although Markwell's did not do the installation of my Conservatory on a call out due to heavy rain causing a leak and the warranty had expired they reacted in haste (3 days). The team who came as agreed were extremely professional explaining everything, leaving having solved the problem. Great to have a local company one can rely on. Thank you.
