Truly outstanding service. James was with me much faster that I had any right to expect, he worked quickly and efficiently, was very polite and friendly, did an excellent job. 4x wheel locking nuts out and replaced less than 2 hours after I booked (early on a Saturday morning, and I don't live near to their base at all). Other places I'd called made it sound like it would be an absolute Mt Everest task, these guys just sorted it, straightforward, no fuss no muss. Thanks again!

Great service. I use my car for work, and tonight I found a screw in one of my tyres. James came out at 10.30pm and replaced it within minutes. He will definitely be my first call if/when this happens again.

Absolutely amazing service from James from Martin Tyres! Sustained a puncture just off the Al by Bamburgh that the AA couldn't repair so called Martin Tyres and they gave me a great quote, call-out time and excellent service when James arrived with my new tyre and had it fitted in around 10 minutes despite the horrible weather conditions. Can't recommend their emergency tyre service enough, 10/10!

I can highly recommend James. When he didn't have our tyre in stock to fit it immediately on Saturday afternoon, he tried to help us find an alternative service before ordering a tyre for Monday morning. He arrived on time, fitted in without any fuss and sent us some really helpful information about buying a spare wheel or space saver.

Cannot fault, local lad who is happy to help, arrived within 20 minutes of booking and was the most reasonable price, got the job done and had me one my way in no time. trust me don’t waste time ringing around for a better price as you won’t find it, saving this number incase I ever need it again
